We Die Alone -Open No Killing-

Sky smiled happily at the puppy in front of him, he sat on the corner of a felled tree, near the stump that was left. The puppy jumped happily around Sky's feet and Sky played footsie with it, smiling happily at it. It latched onto Sky's foot and hung on whining softly, Sky smiled and picked it up, holding on his lap. It was quite for some time then, Sky examined the surrounding terrain, it was a lush area of Konoha, the forest's tree's were a good distance from each other letting rays of sun to the forest floor, he smiled, it was a warm day and then the small dog sat upright on his lap. Sky tilted his head at it as it stared off in one direction. Sky's mouth smalled into a curious circle, looking in the same direction as the dog. The puppy barked loudly and jumped out of Sky's lap. Sky stood up and continued looking. "He's over here, I saw him!" The voice of a teenage boy said, and chuckles followed Sky took a step back and gripped the trunk of the tree.

Then three masculine strong and tall boys stepped into view. Sky knew these bullies from when he was in the Academy they were dropouts with no abilities. He frowned as they came closer, the dog continued barking. They made there way towards him and the puppy. "shut up dumb dog!" the biggest one said and Sky's eyebrows lowered an angry face showed. "Mad now?" The boy said as he kicked the dog and it whined loudly and shut up. Sky shook his head no and tightly gripped his fists. The two other boys shoved Sky into the tree. He frowned and gave them a little push back. "Oh ho ho! Someone thinks he's tough eh!?" The one boy said as he grabbed Sky by the collar and slammed him against the tree, Sky winced he still couldn't fight them, he was too much of a pacifist. The other boy punched him in the stomach. "come on tough guy!" He shouted and the two began to beat Sky, He didn't want to know what the third one was doing to the puppy.

Eventually Sky was on the ground being kicked and stomped on in the gut, blood ran out his nose and his cheeks were puffed up from black and blue marks. He rolled from side to side in pain, and they gave him one last good kick, the third one held up the dog the by the neck. Sky looked at it with trauma, he took it and threw it, smashing it against the tree. It's whining had ceased. Sky began to cry, tears rolling down his face as the boy's took off, no remorse for their actions. He moved over to the dog and wrapped it in bandages, attempted to heal it, but even he could not resurrect the dead. He held the mutilated puppy in his hands, as he attempted to cry he coughed blood from his wounds, and the blood of the dog poured onto his hands, Sky put it down and just sat there, letting the tears flow.

Endaime had woken up to the sound of loud chirping. He looked out his window as he saw that he had slept in. He looked left and right with his eyes squinted, and got up. It had tooken him ten minutes to get ready, eat breakfast, and out the door. He had been extremely alert because he had just gotten his new squad as a genin, and didn't want to miss a messanger bird of some sort. He walked out into the dirt roads of Konoha and scratched his head.

He walked all the way to the forests and thought that the terrain had been pretty peaceful. He slipped his gloves on and walked into the dimly lit forests. It was beautiful. Such a simple place with such elegance had amazed him. He walked a little farther into the trees as he saw three boys walking towards him. He had remembered them as dropouts at the academy, and didn't pay much attention. As of now, it looked like they wanted to cause trouble. They stopped a couple feet in front of him and he gripped his fists. "Tsk. Little wimp." One man started charging at him as he drew back his right fist into a Gouwan stance. He charged his chakra and slammed it into the boys face. He flew back about 15ft into a tree causing a large thump to be heard.

"You little fucker!" One of the boys said and charged at him, Endaime had been too close to the guy now for him to dodge, so the guys punch landed on his head. He quickly spun and slammed the back of his left arm into the guys stomach, he heard a cough, and a whistle to tell that he had flown away as well. A kick landed on his back, and he flipped upwards about 10ft. A branch was above him so he kicked off of that, charged chakra into his right fist, and slammed it into the last kid.

Endaime crawled out of a small crater about 5ft around with the kid laying down in the middle of it. He hadn't killed either of them, but they would wake up with massive bruises. He could feel someones chakra slowly fading, and at very low levels, so he ran towards where that someone was. He saw a dead puppy, and a boy sitting over it. Those guys must've done it... He took off his gloves and charged medical chakra into his palms. "I'm a medic, please let me tend to your wounds..." He looked over at the puppy, "But... as a fellow shinobi... I'm sorry I got here too late to save that one." Hoping he would accept his offer, his hands started moving slower and slower to the tense bruises all over the young genins body.

Sky continued to let the hot tears run down his face, body still besides the occasional quake of sadness, sounds were heard in the distance, then the sound of feet moving towards him. A fellow genin approached explaining that he was a medical ninja and could help Sky. Sky glared at him, his sadness turned to anger as his face became a snarl. Seconds later, bandages shot out from beneath his clothing and created a shield behind Sky, blocking the other genin's view of him. Then the bandages spread out and became a bubble encompassing all of Sky, inside was dark but his eyes adjusted eventually. His anger returned to sadness as he sat there, his tears drying, then coming out again and drying for the last time. He winced for the first time, noticing the bruises, scraps, cuts and burns all over his body from his previous tussle. More bandages then shot out from under his clothing, this time they coated Sky's aching body, covering any wounded parts, his face was almost completely covered besides his right eye and left ear, the only two parts left unscathed by his fight. He pumped chakra into the bandages but only a little so he could maintain his bubble and his very slow healing. He stood up then, kicked some dirt and debris over the puppy, and began to walk.

The bubble followed over Sky, he continued to walk and heal, his chakra draining quite quickly from this and his already low amounts from being beat up. He continued walking, eventually the tiny grave appeared as a lump of dirt that was raised higher then other spots on the ground. He pushed on, but after a few minutes, he collapsed in his bubble, a few seconds later, the bubble fell, leaving bandaging all around Sky's body as he lay there, looking almost like a mummy. His wounds were healed enough that they would heal naturally for now, even if the other boy wanted to heal him, he wouldn't know how well Sky did healing himself, which was actually quite well, without removing the bandages. Sky's limp body lay on the dirt, some 50 meters from the puppy's grave.

Endaime was surprised at what technique this was. He had never seen it before. Curiosity filled him. This kid was cool. He watched as he knew the boy was minorly healing himself, Endaime of course, wanted to see what the result was and how quick he could do it. As the puppies grave filled, he saw the other gennin collapse onto the floor. The bandages limp over the boys body, he knew he would be alright. Should I...

He didn't want that feeling of rejection to help again, so this decision had gone to be a mutually difficult one. He remembered his nindo, "Always help your comrades, even if it means putting your life on the line as well. For regret, is something no man can live with." He walked patiently towards his fellow gennin and waited to see if he would wake up and the bandages would lives once more. He moved the bandages around a little, no movement. He removed most of the bandages covering the boys body, focused chakra into his hands and began to move slowly across his wounds. The kid had a nice figure, Endaime was never a "limited" type, and believed no kid should limit themselves.

As he finished the minor wounds, sizzling from closing the wounds, he wrapped the boys self bandages around the bruised areas. He figured since it was some sort of medical thing, it would come in handy to him. Endaime put the boy over his shoulder and began walking towards the nearest river. He set up a campfire, as the sun had already been set. He fished a couple tuna and began cooking them over the fire. He put two poles upwards in front of a tree, and pulled a tarp out of his bag. A blanket that could fit about three people, and a water canteen.

He had laid the boy in the small bed he had made, and hoped that he would wake up soon. He sat on a log next to the fire, occasionally looking 3ft beside him at the boy and took a sip of his canteen.

Sky awoke, He didn't know how long it had been, probably a couple of hours, He felt a blanket and opened his eyes, looking out he was laying in some makeshift shelter, he gripped the blanket, it was warm from him laying on it for so long. He looked around with his eyes barely open, spotting the genin who was there before, he activated his bandages, and fired one off at about 30 mph at the boy who was facing the opposite direction, he wrapped it around the boy's body, tight enough to keep his arms at his sides. He added a few loops around the boy then stood up, gripping the bandage with his arm. He had a serious look on his face as he stood a good distance from the boy and examined the area. There was a fire going and several things laying about, a makeshift shelter indeed. He glanced the area for weapons. Finding nothing he moved from behind the boy to in front of him. He tilted his head examining him closely for a moment. He spotted the leaf Headband, and his eyes went wide.

He released the bandaging and bowed his head, the bandaging shooting back up his sleeve. He remained in the bowed position for a few minutes then rose his head up, scratching the back of his head, bowing again. Saying sorry while not actually saying it. He glanced the area, and tilted his head and shruged. He didn't know where they were. He opened his mouth and mouthed the words. "Where, Are, We?" He asked without words actually coming out of his mouth. He had a questioning look on his face, as he stood there hoping that the boy wasn't mad. He looked up at the sky and pointed at it then at himself. Sky, Me. He smiled, and pointed at him, tilting his head in question.

As he was about to grab one of the sticks that had a cooked tuna on it, he felt his arms bound quickly. He's quick. He waited patiently, feeling the bandages getting tighter onto him. He knew he could do something, but the other shinobi, he assumed was most likely just scared. He heard the boy walking towards him, and with ease, he figured he knew now he was another Konoha ninja. He smiled back at him.

He saw him mouth out the words... Where.. are.. we..? He couldn't read lips pretty well, but he was pretty sure that's what he was trying to say. He's a mute... He stood up cautiously as the bandages unraveled back into the fellow gennins arms. "Were at a nearby river, maybe a half hour walk from the actual village. Don't worry. He smiled, "You're safe here. Those thugs got you pretty good."

He saw him point into the sky.... Sky. And back at himself, His name is Sky. "It's nice to meet you... Sky. I'm Endaime. You can... know that I'm Enny." He giggled a little and pointed at the Tuna. "I made us some food. I hope you aren't a vegetarian.

Sky rose a brow, he was not this far out from the village where he was beat up, why would the boy take him further from the village? He wondered this to himself but did nothing. He lowered his brow when the boy said that the thugs got him pretty good. He could have easily bested them, he just didn't want to. Sky rarely felt the mood to fight making him a human punching bag most of the time. He cracked his fingers by just flicking them out and back in. He shook his hand afterwords, feeling a bit of pain.

The Boy explained that his name was Endaime but you could call him Enny, not that was much use to him, since he couldn't say names. He became annoyed that the boy seemed to be poking at his muteness by telling him this. He even giggled after he did it which made Sky's brows lower further. He oftered him tuna and Sky shook his head and pointed to a leaf, explaining that he was in fact a vegetarian.

He looked over at a berry bush and picked a few, leaving some so that the bush could have children of its own. He ate them and spit out the seeds, then brushed himself off. He looked over at the boy and waved goodbye. He looked up at the tree's and began to climb one, spotting the village walls, he jumped down and began to walk in the direction of the walls. Paying no heed to the boy.
