Misuto has long black jet hair, like most hyuugas he tends to hold his long hair with a metal band to make it onto a pony tail. His hair tends to also fall upon his eyes, down to his nose. Which covers most of his eyes at soem occasions. He also have a white pale skin color which he tends to be like that, for the matter that he does not like the sun. In top of his forehead he has a curse mark, that some of the hyuuga family posseses. Only those who need to protect the main branch of the family. The cause of the cold and Mist village has gotten him to wear a fully coated robe in the color of blue and soem outlines in the color of red. Underneath that robe he tends to have his usual combat clothing. Which is a fish net protectot for his chest, which is underneath a long white t-s***. He tends to wear long black and white pants which mostly covers his whole foot even his sandals. His shirts has long sleeves, that when he stands not even the hands can you see. He tends to have a back pouch in which he put his weapons, such as kunais and shurikens, etc, etc....Like all hyuugas, he tends to have the white eye other wise known as the Byakugan.

Personality: In Combat:In combat.....huumph, in combat he's very serious and thinks everything throughoutly without hesitating. You can say that nothing will stop his goal and whatever he's planning to do. Everytime he tries to do it, he will do it. In a way or another. The easy or the hard way. Right here in combat, is everything about his pride and he would be ashamed of himself being a hyuuga if he looses. But when it comes to fighting, he's smart and very cautious about everything and anything.

Normal: In his normal state, he's very playful and tends to make a lot of friends. Although soemtimes think of himself as the real thing and the best thing. But he has his reasons. He tends to take care of his little brothers and sisters too. As one of the most important member in the clan, his duty is to protect his brothers and sisters which in royalty are higher than him. He also tends to joke around, although not in a bad way, but more of a thing he has to make people laugh.

Kekkei Genkai: Byakugan- Byakugan is the blood inheritance limit of the Hyuuga Clan. The Hyuuga clan was one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. The clan itself is said to be the ancestors of the Uchiha clan who possess the bloodline of the Sharingan eye. When the "Byakugan" is activated, the clan member gains an extra-sensory perception, which gives them penetrating sight and telescopic vision. This allows them to see the tenketsu; the internal chakra coils system 361 pressure points. This vision also grants the member a near 360° view of their surroundings, the higher the skill of the clan member, the further the distance from which they can sense incoming attacks. Unfortunately the vision does have a weakness, a small blind spot that extends outwards from the vertebra of the upper back.The clan uses this ability in conjunction with their own chakra creating the Juuken (gentle fist) fighting style. The clan member can use their fingers or palms to emit chakra to flow into their opponents body's at the tenketsu points. When the hand draws close enough to strike, the clan member can stop or increase their opponent’s chakra flow. The internal chakra coils which spread throughout the body also wrap around the internal chakra producing organs. So if the internal coils are attacked, it also damages these internal organs. Because a ninja can not train their internal body, such damage can be a critical hit for even a highly skilled ninja. The tenketsu serve as the connectors and exit points for the chakra pathways. So when they are stopped by the Hyuuga clan member, the ninja greatly loses his or her ability to utilize their chakra for jutsu.

The higher the skill of the clan member, the further the distance from which they can sense incoming attacks. Because the eye grants such a unique and powerful ability, the clan became possessive and over-protective of it. Seeing only the main family as worthy users and inheritors of the eye, the heads of the clan began to place restrictions on those branch family members not in power. What resulted were two Hyuuga lines, the powerful main family who would represent the line, and the branch family who were directed to protect the main family and bear the cursed seal. The cursed seal is placed on the foreheads of branch family members. It serves as a means to protect the secrets of the Hyuuga Byakugan eye. If the branch family member was to ever betray the main family or be killed in battle, the seal would be activated to destroy the body's secrets. Thus forcing the branch family to further bow to the will of the main family.

Background Information:
Starting Arc: Misuto was born in the hidden leaf village. Among a big family of the hyuuga family. He was not yet to be old enough to enter the academy, although his will of power rised up and let him to become one of the most specialized in combat of the young hyuugas. Being stronger than any child of the family at the age of 7, let him to become mor epopular, and with more responsibility. His job was to take care of the other main family branch, even if it would cost him his life. Misuto disliked this, he never knew why some people in the clan were more special than others just for being better. Unlike most others of the Hyuugas. Misuto decided to leave the village. Leaving his whole family, his mom and dad. It was unusual for soemone of his age to be able to leave the village. But he was special as he was also the most stealthy person in the clan. The only place, far enough to leave would be the Sand village.

Sunagakure Arc: After long weeks of traveling, and eating stuff he would think he wouldn't have to eat in his life. He finally reached the village. In a cold thick misty night. He knocked on the gates of the village hidden in the sand. Not sure of himself that they would let him go in into the village. He hesitated and activated his Byakugan for the first time in his life. And, quickly assasinating the morelike chuunin guards up in the gates. He managed to kill one, although they were too many. But what he didn't know, was that he had proved strong enough to be in the village. They took him and gave him the food he needed to get back in shape again. And after a day or so, in the next morning, he was presented to the Kazekage. Sumi Deirdoma, a most fearful shinobi. As the village got his name for his killer commands and orders. Like never before, Misuto felt scared, but he manged to give a good impression to the Kazekage. Just that act outside of the village, gave him a nickname. 'The Black Mist'. A more stealthy but deadly shinobi. Although this was illegal, he managed to get around and the Kazekage let him reside in the village for soem time.

Academy Arc: The acemy was most serious for Misuto. He began to train harder for himself. Although he was all alone in this ninja world. He managed to discover a secret style withing him. Mixing both his fighting style and the drunken fist he can achive greater things in the battlefield. Athough he never decided to use it in every day occasion and decided to use it only in emergencies in which he need to use it. In the academy he needed it, as he had the BYakugan, he passed it with ease and with no problems whatso ever. Although his histoy never changed, everyone looked at him as a killer, and never befriend with him. Although Misuto was always kind to them and did everything he could to live like them. After some time, he managed to develop more his byakugan, as well as the drunken fist style. But still nobody had gotten to see it yet. Which if he was yet to show it, it will bring automatic destruction to his surroundings. He also managed to pass the Academy, although not as the best,but he was quite great than most of them.

Way of the Ninja: He began the life of a genin. Not a full pledge nnja, but he was getting there. He had just started and wasn't about to end right now, and kept working on hisstyles to become greater than others.

RP Sample:
Peace. The only word that could actually express this time in which Misuto resided in. Standing in the top of a mountain in Kirigakure, as he watched the newly made lighthouse of the village. The light in which shined through the whole misty village. Although the light shunned through the village. The mist was still too thick to leave a place for the light to shine on. Even Misuto himself was at this time surrounded with mist. The only place in which he could actually rest and concentrate was in this mountain.

Misuto opened the eye's in which was quickly stroked with the light of the lighthouse. Misuto looked aorund trying to even see, greater distances upon the village. "Byakugan" He exclaimed as his eyes began to grow wide open. His veins began to pop out as he quickly began to see like a Hyuuga. He could now actually see like a hyuuga could see. But with such good and long meditations, it allowed him to even see greater distances. "I can see now." Misuto said softly as he had noticed he had activated his clan's ability. At this point he could see anyone outside the village. Although in a more different color, a color blue to be precise. The color of their chakra that was. Although soem others had soem quite different and particular color than other ninjas. Which made them special. Some flowed with a light blue chakra, and soem flowed with a dark blue chakra.

In a sudden look, the eye sight that Misuto had obtained was quickly fading away. A pain was gaining on Misuto's eyes, as the Byakugan and the sight he had faded away. Turning back to normal, Misuto hold on to his eyes. " I still need far more to learn" Misuto said as he slammed his fist in the ground. Once again preparing for more even intense meditation to prepare and unfol his true power of his Byakugan.

Description: Earth Fissure is a defensive or strategic offensive technique used to unbalance an opponent or throw a charge off target. In some cases it is used to create an offensive attack that may need a set up such as this technique. The user of this technique uses the Earth elemental affinity to create a small ripple in the earth. The ripple will travel a medium ranged distance breaking the earth and shaking it creatign an uneven ground. The fissure is quick and is sure to surprise unexpeirienced foes sending them off balance.

Description: A fast string of handseals, ideal for catching an opponent on the run. This is very similar to Jiraiya's Mud Lake that he used to capture Orochimaru's snakes, but is a much smaller version, meant for capturing only one person at a time. This jutsu creates a puddle of mud that causes the enemy to sink in, first just limiting their running speed, but the longer they remain within the jutsu, the more effective, eventually causing the victim to sink all the way up to their necks. As a tactical technique, this ability's offensive capactity is limited, but once an enemy is immobilized, the finishing blow isn't very difficult.

Description: This technique is almost solely used for defensive purposes, but occasionally has supplementary purposes. The user will perform as set of four handseals before placing either one or both hands on the ground. As the user's hands make contact with the earth, any where within a 10m radius a wall is capable of popping up, at any angle. This means it could be used as a ramp, if the need arises. The wall is approximately 6"-1' thick and about 6' high. The width of said wall will vary with Kane's needs, but at the most will only be large enough to go around a 3' radius of Kane, creating a dome. (For those times when you need to evade an attack from every angle...) Note that creating the dome requires a greater expenditure of chakra, so Kane doesn't use it unless there's no other choice. The wall is capable of defending against at most 3 C Ranked attacks, but a solid Raiton Strike will break through easily.

Description: This technique hollows out tunnels, around six feet in diameter at the outside. Misuto most commonly uses this technique so the destruction bugs can move unrestricted under ground before popping up under an opponent. Only one seal is required to activate this jutsu, and so long as MIsuto has a rough understanding of the terrain around him, he can begin to shape his tunnels. This technique can also double as a quick escape route, should the need for such ever arise.With this you can also allow weapons so uickly and fastly travel underground for a sneak attack.

Description: This is Misuto's most primary offensive attack. The young shinobi will unleash a string of six seals and will cause spears, shuriken, spikes, or any number of other projectiles, made from earthen materials, to rise out of the ground and be flung toward the opponent. Riku is limited by his chakra however, and at most can make 12 small projectiles (Kunai, shuriken, and spear-like slivers of earth) or 4 Lard objects (Such as Fuuma Shuriken, and Large Spikes for impaling) per time he uses this technique.

Description: This technique is just a mattter of changing ones chakra into the earth nature. The user will focus, altering their chakra into earth style, and from this point they will be free to move underground as if they were flying or swimming. Kane can transfer this ability to move under the earth to anything he comes in contact with, whether that be placing a bomb tag and inch or two under some dirt, or dragging an opponent in up to their knees to deny their escape. This technique is actually a miniature form of the art of burrowing, Kane hollows out an area, walking into it as he allows the earth to resettle where he just was, kind of like a bubble underwater, onlly he's underground.

Description: Another capturing technique, this one is much faster. It usually involves preparing a patch of soil with your chakra before hand, and then using that as a land mine to springboard your jutsu, but in an intense battle Kane has been known to attempt to capture an opponent on the go. When the jutsu is activated either way, 20 spikes of earth will explode forth from the ground, Teepee'ing up around the opponent, creating a makeshift cage. The bars can be broken with sufficient force, but that might take some time, and that's all Kane needs.

Description: This technique allows for a ninja to create weapons on the go, rather than having to store them in scrolls or carry them around with one. The user will perform a string of handseals and either place a palm on the ground, or draw some other connection to the patch of earth (i.e. holding an open hand over it while a staff of limestone juts upward.) The user will shape the weapon desired while underground, using his chakra to 'sculpt' whatever the ninja needs. This technique isn't so great for creating piercing or slashing weapons, but if you need a staff or hammer, and it come in mighty useful.

Description: This technique can be used with the aid of the Byakugan, but it's not necessary. After creating the 'Monkey' handseal Misuto's Chakra will flow up to each of his fingertips in his tenketsu. Only one Chakra pin resides in each of Misuto's fingertips. Then by swiping his hand in front of him and releasing Chakra at the right moment, small, senbon-sized, Chakra pins will shoot forth from the tips of his fingers. How fast they move is dependent on how fast he moves his hand, and whether or not the Chakra is released at the climax of his hand swipe. Misuto can release one or all ten Chakra pins by releasing Chakra. The pin holds all the same physical properties of a senbon, but will disappear a second after hitting an object.

Upon the creation of a single "Bird" hand seal, said Wind Chakra will flow through his body. After that point, the user can release a burst of wind at the cost of a weaker C-ranked amount of Chakra. The wind emerges in a column from the tenketsu points of a single foot and allows the user (if in midair) to jump up an extra five meters. Or, the user can send out the wind from one of his hands, pushing back both the user and any object(s) in front of him by five meters each.

Description: Part of what makes a Hyuuga able to detect everything around them is the release of chakra to saturate their surroundings, it's part of how the Byakugan works called the "Sekishokyuu". This chakra though subtle and barely perceptible even to the Hyuuga will aid them in detecting anything and everything for some distance around them, for a genin this is typically up to 50 meters, for Chunnin 250 meters etc.By slightly intensifying that chakra emission, the Hyuuga is able to greatly increase their awareness of their surroundings, the Chakra they emit becomes more easily perceptible to them, more easily observed. Anything passing through this Chakra or disrupting it, such as an individual, a different chakra, or projectile will cause a rather clear distortion within that Chakra that the Hyuuga will be able to perceive clearly, therefore allowing them to detect even that which might be invisible to them otherwise. The disturbed chakra paints a rather clear picture of what is coming, the Hyuuga could make out the full silhouette of the individual or item coming towards them, or sense the intensity and strength of an intruding chakra. As a side effect the Hyuuga's reflexes and response time are also greatly increased by this technique.
The Chakra used in this is minimal as it is done in small periodic bursts to keep the area saturated.

Description: This technique utilizes the Hyuuga ability to excellently release chakra from their bodies. This technique is similar to the Hakkesho Kaiten [Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin], but is directed towards a specific target rather than a general area, though the force of the technique still gives it a wider area of impact then a normal palm strike. By gathering chakra into one or both of their palms, the user performs a palm thrust at their target, expelling a large burst of chakra from their palm. This attack violently pushes the opponent away from the user, though the opponent does not need to be within reach of the user for this attack to be effective as the chakra used for this move has an impact range of about 5 meters. Sai can use this technique at such a rate to push his opponent back a great distance, while causing internal damage to the organs and chakra circulatory system at the point where her chakra made contact with the enemy. Even more effective then this is releasing this chakra from both palms at once, which can be done either with the same chakra cost as a single use only divided between the two palms, or with double the chakra cost for two attacks that are the same as a normal use of this move. Releasing the chakra from both palms can widen the range of the attack, and cause greater internal damage.

Much like a traditional Hyuuga technique, this technique is delivered through a palm strike, and thusly travels within a straight path from where the user directed their palm. However, instead of pushing or attacking the chakra network with this technique, the user will release from their palm(s) intense white chakra shards that are slightly smaller then typical senbon. These shards Impact the opponent with the capability to shut down Tenketsu that they collide with. However. Seeing as how this technique is not as precise as a small release from the fingers, the technique also possess a small stabbing nature, as it is likely that if any Tenketsu are hit they will only number in the single digits, usually not more then five. However, regardless of shutting down Tenketsu, a direct hit of a single palm from this technique against unprotected skin, as in skin not covered by some manner of armor, will result in 21 fine points of drawn blood along with a degree of disorder within the chakra network around the area struck. This allows the member to see all angles of attack.

Description:ShiShi Rendan is a Taijutsu technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke after he used his Sharingan to copy the movements of fellow Leaf ninja Rock Lee. Sasuke first uses the Konoha Kage Buyou to manuever his opponent in a vulnerable aerial position. While shadowing his opponent, Sasuke will attempt to strike them from a vulnerable angle. If he is unable to make a clean strike, he will strike anyway as a feint, to draw his target's attention and defense to one area. He can then strike the undefended area and begin knocking them downwards towards the ground. As the enemy falls back to the earth, Sasuke will deftly rotate his body around to deliver a full force kick to their chest.

Origin: It was bought, in a market place in the sand. The seller was aid to have come from the Snow village. Misuto bought about two dozens of this. Although he always dont use them, but soemthing he have like in stock. Misuto collects stuff that comes from other villages.

That's the description they give, Elder Sage. Those are normal cannon jutsus.

So? Just add how many posts you are able to stay underground. Sometimes you have to make cannon jutsu fit the RPG universe so it'll make sense. For the rank of the jutsu it should be around 3 posts, just my opinion.
