Can you be more clear about what these collabrations do? The examples you give are often B Rank techs. Also note that no one character can combine elements into a single move (like kakuzu) except in very rare cases

First one looks fine but the Wind one still doesnt mean anything, what is the effect of blowing on the object. From the description your toad simply has the ability to puff on a rock. May want to tweak it so it says this
