Looks:
Standing before you is a tall, young man at about just under 6 feet. He has a skinny build, but the line layer of muscle under his bandaged, covered arms is more then effective in combat. His medium length hair is held back only by his Konoha headband, which he wears sideways wit the steel aplte over his right eye. The knot and extra legnth of the dark blue handband hang down over his left, pierced ear. When not wearing the headband, his hair comes down to his nose, covering his eyes completely. His eyes are almost always a solid black, due to his long-time use of his kekkei genkai. When not using it, which is rare, his eyes are a sharp forest green, and stand out from his pale face and dark hair.

He wears a short sleeved black shirt under his Chunin Vest, and has his clan logo on the right shoulder of both his shirt and his best. Sometimes he wears a black and purple Kimono instead of the vest, but mainly on formal occaisions or pesonal holidays. His left arm is covered to the shoulder with white bandages. Hss right arm has a purple tattoo going the whole arm-length. On close inspection, the tattoo looks like birds flying in the night, but the tattoo itself is very tribal-esque and it could stand for anything.

Both of his forearms have an armguard, with a steel plate on the front and black coverings and straps underneath. He uses these in combat for defense, instead of using his bare arms like hes done on many occasions before. He also has three, thin steel plates in his chunin vest on the inside: one on the back, and two smaller ones in either side of the zipper in front. This weighs down the coat a little, but provides greater protection from blades and kunai before. He sometimes sheds this off, however, due to its weight. Also, the vest is covered in black trim. The neckgruad, the tops of all the shown pockets and even the seams are all black.

On his back are 3 scabards, 2 in an X across his back(ninja-tos) and one akwardly shaped one going acroos his waist(Nagitana).

His pants are short, black and simple, going down between his knee and ankle. His has a purple belt in them, that holds numerous holsters and a few pouches. These holsters hold mainly kunai and shuriken, just like the one on his upper right leg. He wears bandages on his legs, that go from his toes to his knee, so no skin is shown. He wears the typical blue, ninja sandals that are the standard among Konoha Shinobi. Also, in the sandals are two hidden tantos that OSaru makes good use out of.

Personality:
Osaru tends to be akward, and lazy. He tends to be quiet, liking the silence that comes with beign alone. When confronted by another, he tends to be socially akward, quiet

Personality Trait's:
Osaru was focused on trying to find his purpose in the hell he calls life, but hes come to realize that protecting Konoha to the bitter end and defending and reviving the Kitsuki name.

Clan History: Kitsukis, like the Hyuuga, were one of the first clans alive a couple years ago. It was long before any village was founded or even though of for that matter, and the only thing that was going on was war. No clan could avoid it, and some prefered it. The Kitsukis were in a threeway fight between the Amures and the Gamikos. The Kitsukis employed a lot of guerilla warfare in their tactics and often used Genjutsu to cause confusion in the battlefield. The other two clans knew they would lose if they kept on fighting eachthoer in this was, so they decided to maek a truce. They would ally in order to eliminate their common enemy, the Kitsukis. They stormed the Kitsukis main village in high noon, in order to eliminate the Kitsukis main advantages. They caught them be surprise and slaughtered everyone there. Fortunately, most of the clan was away on other missions or attacks and were not killed then. They then either were killed later on or fled believing all of the others to be dead. Surpisingly, the clan has managed to stay alive for a thousand years, without allying to any village and staying on their own little groups of Kitsukis. They now remain neutral, though some individuals join villages or other bands of shinobi, but no matter what they do, they never forget their clans traditions and beliefs.

Osaru is fast, and quick on his feet and with his wits, due to extensive training and combat experience. He's trained more after becoming Chunin, so he has better chakra control then before(better then usual, but not OPed kinda power). All of this he uses to his advantage.

Name: Chakra Kunai x 32(but they replenish after he visits the weaponsmith)
Appearance: It looks like a normal kunai, except that around the hilt(the circle at the bottom of it), theres a raised bump in the form of a square. Thats to tell Osaru that is one of his Chakra kunai's, not a normal one.
He keeps these kunai in special pouches and holsters all over his body, just like his other kunai.

Special Abilities:
The Chakra Kunai have a small chakra receptor in the hilt and handle of it. It responds to only Osaru's chakra, and is used in many of his jutsus.
Origin:
Osaru designed this weapon himself, while coming up with training and creating new jutsu. He sent the blueprints to a weaponsmith he knows, and the smith made it for him after Osaru payed him in pocket change and normal errands and chores.

Name: Nagitana x1
Appearance: The Nagitana, in normal form, looks like a normal sword, but with a curved blade, not too far off from a wider Scimitar. In the Nagitana's full form, it looks like a long polearm, with an alarmingly sharp, curved blade. The whole thing is just barely under 2 and a half meters, with the blade being just under a meter. There in a dark purple cloth wrapped around the handle of the sword, or just under the blade in the full form. The blade itself is a deep black, much like a dull obisdian. The handle, or pole, is a dark brown, similar to a aspen or oak tree.
He wears the sword in a purple and black scabard going horizontal along his waistline.

Special Abilities: The nagitana can switch between the sword and full form just by Osaru focusing his chakra into the handle...
Origin: Osaru, like a few of his other weapons, designed and thought up this waepon himself. He learned that in the field, you need to rely on every advantage in a fight against your opponent, so catching your opponent off-guard and surprise attacks are crucial. He thought that this particular weapon could serve multiple purposes, and be effective in surprising his opponent. He actually made the blade himself, searching around for the 'moon-rock' that was said to make powerful blades. On one of his 48 hour excercions, he found one, and carved the blade with another piece of the moon-rock. He then sent for his weaponsmith friend, and he helped Osaru make the handle part of the weapon. The purple cloth represents his Kitsuki heritage and he considers it a holy symbol of sorts.

Special Abilities: Is extremely durable, so it doesnt break easily. The 'moonrock' ore also makes it be sharper when fined to a point, and harder when dull. So the weapon can be deadly piercing tool, or a brutal form of brass knuckles.
Origin: Osaru actually found the scematics for various weapons employed by the Kitsukis in a dusty old book he found on his grandmothers shelf. He snuck into a nearby town to find a blacksmith. He said he would make any of the waepons, for a price. Osaru wanted the Raven Claws and offered a piece of a meteorite that landed a hundred yarsd from his campsite. The blacksmith would use the comet for his wepaons and could keep the rest himself. The blacksmith agreed, since meteorite rock was very rare around there. It took three nights for the weapon to be made, since it could only be done at night. The blacksmith came out with a new pair of Raven Claws and left with enoug meteorite ore for another two weapons. Osaru then headed home immediatly and started training with his new 'toy' and even created some jutsus with it

Name: Tanto x6
Appearance: The tanto looks like a small dagger, looking similar to a smaller version of a Katana. The blade is a deep grey, and the handle and scabard a simple black. All of these traits making the weapon easy to hide, and hard to notice.

Special Abilities: None, other then the case and dagger being small enough to hide in clothing and footwear...
Origin: Osaru keeps this on his body in case he needs a sidearm in quick hurry. He bought these from the weaponsmith hes such good friends with. He keeps one in a secret pouch under his vest where his shoulder is, one in a secret pouch inside his kimino on his lower left torso(when he wears it), one on his left leg hidden beneath all the bandages, and two in the bottom of each Sandal. The ones in the sandal, come out blade first from just under where the toes are. Theres a switch in his shoes, thats activated by his toes taht lets him partially release the blade, so he can kick the opponent withthe knife part sticking out.

Name: Ninja-to x2
Appearance: the Ninja-to looks just like a shorter version of a katana, but more lightweight. Osaru decorated the blades and scabard with purple cross-ropes, matching the black weapons perfectly. The hilt of both swords havea pruple gem in them, with the black crescent moon of the Kitsuki Clan. He wears them both in an X shape across his back.

Origin: Osaru bought these, along with the Tanto, to add to his deadly arsenal. He belives that variety is one of the key elements in battle, in addition to many others...

Name: Nagitana Style: Steel Shield

Description: Osaru starts to twirl his Nagitana around like normal, and start to increase the speed of the twirl, until the blade start to twirl so fast, it makes a 'bubble' of steel around him. The blade deflects any projectile thrown at him and most other weapon attacks. This technique can deflect almost all C-Rank ninjutsus and some B-Rank(Ill be reasonable), but anything higher than that breaks through.

Bubble? To twirl it would only create a frontal shield. And if someone stabbed you, it would meet resistance and force you to stop.. a wind technique, fire technique, or lightning technique could all pass through this...

Name: Blade Sharpening Technique

Description: Osaru focuses wind chakra into his blades. This in turn ends up sharpeningthe blade of whatever blade or weapon he's holding. It could be a simple kunai, or one of his custom weapons. The blade becomes sharper then normal weapons, and can peirce hard objects like wood(C-Rank) to rocks(A-Rank). THe strength is determined by the Rank the user uses. This is demonstrated in volume 35 of Naruto when Naruto asks Asuma about Wind Chakra. Asuma answers by throwing a kunai threw a rock.

This is incorrect. The technique that asuma used was Hien. it's cannon, look it up =]
