Looks: Xylo once was a ninja that had white hair but due to seeing his father right in front of his eyes it changed his whole persona, even phiscially. His hair is now red hair to symbolize REMEMBER after he has defeated an oppenant. To symbolize his anger he always wear black clothing for black means DEATH. His face is cover with bandages for two reasons and to reasons only. To keep anyone from the Leaf from recognizing him and to keep anyone from seeing his true feelings. Also he wields a thin sword that looks similar to a katana. He is athletic built kinda thin. His shirt has no sleves and he has a tatoo of a dragon over his whole right arm. The dragon tatoo is covered by bandages that has to be forever covered for he can control the dragons power at his level of experience. His eyes are naturally red with black pupils.

This jutsu is so silent it seems as if he didnt do anything. Therefore the opponent dont knoe he/she has been caught. With his great chakra control it allows him to keep these slabs on their feet for three post.It slow the opponent speed down 25%. Making it easier to attack the opponent.
