Descrition A jutsu often known to sun ninja more than others, the art or puppet strings is a jutsu that allows the user to expel chakra through their fingers to create a solid thread of invisible energy. This chakra thread can connect to almost anything, and the experienced user can then manipulate the item attached as if it were a marianet.
An even more e perienced user can create more and more chakra threads, and learn to attch them to living people, and manipulate. More often than not, this jutsu is used in conjunction with puppets with hidden weapons all over their body.

Do you have the puppetry tech?

No, but with propped training, my character could learn it no?
I think it would be a fun jutsu to have.

I need another staff member, because I believe your only allowed to have jutsu of your skills.

No leah, you can only have jutsu of your specialties. no exceptions.

Welll it's puppetry.. heres my question. Do you want to use the skill to control puppets? if so, no you can't have it. HOWEVER, it is a basic ninjutsu. so as long as you were limited to using it for weapons (Assuming you have weapon spec) you can have it.

No I don't have the intention of using it for puppets.
And I do not have the weapons spec.
I wanted to use it to move some of my more inanimate summons around.
It would prove usef in that situation.

This isn't your spec and so I'm just going to say no. Puppeteers don't get a lot, I'm not going to give one of their key abilities away.
