Sand Jounin

Mission Title: Retrieve + Protect.
Mission Location: Konohagakure.
Mission Participants: [Squad Four] Kurai Sota, Isato Nobuki, Sukogetsu Kazemaru, Maruishi_Assaiki [RPing as an NPC].
Mission Rank: B.
Mission Objective: A runaway from the Sand village has fled to the Leaf village outskirts. Being one of the village council's sons, he must be retrieved as soon as possible, to avoid possible attacks on the harmless boy. Squad Four has been given this mission, and must return within two weeks time, or will be considered MIA. Their job will be to find the boy, and bring him to the Sand village as soon as possible.
Mission Time Limit: Two weeks.

C ranked Missing-Ninja

This is not okay. A genin would be very unlikely to be able to escape from their own nation, let alone get to another. If they could, then this would be left to ANBU to clear up since the person would be considered a missing nin to both countries. Basically, everything about this seems fishy.

The Fourth Hokage

I don't see too much of a problem, genin tend to escape alot. Especially on this site. It's not that fishy when they are traveling to Konoha, if they were attempting to escape, why would they travel to an ally nation. I don't mind this mission.
