Looks: Shinsei's facial features are beyond all this is normally seen. Displaying the young attraction of a 17 year old male's face shines through brightly in Shinsei. He has several prominent features and characteristics that make up the portion of his complextion, the first being his very well-known, very noticeable hair. His hair is unusual in that by itself without any help, it is a rich light brown color with orange streaks through it, something of his heritage. His hair is very long and kempt, passing past his eyes and his bangs covering his ears. It is also very long in the back, but long enough for use of a pony tail. He has a handsome clean face, with his eyes next to his hair being the next noticeable feature. He boasts beautiful ice clear eyes, even for a guy. He has a pure white sclera with not even a hint of red lines of eye irratation. His iris contains an unusual very light brown color, almost appearing orange, which matches with his eyes. This unusual orange streak, orange eye combination has the ladies interested for something new, as it is unheard of in Sunagakure of such features in a man. As normal, his pupils remain black dots in the center of his eyes, completing the second part of his noticeable features. The last part is simply his handsome face, retaining that rare young boyish feature giving him his young look, yet set and clam, unsmiling, giving him a serious and calm edge to his look. All his facial features, nose, mouth, etc, are in perfect porportion, making him possibly one of the most handsome people alive, something Shinsei litteraly doesn't give a crap about, an unusual and ironic part of himself. Everything a guy could want, put into a guy that doesn't care about it.

His body is that of something different. He is a simple five feet five inches, around one-hundred and tweny to fifty pounds. His weight is in cordination with his body, as most of that weight relates to his muscles. He has a powerful frame, with arms, legs, and chest that show off a little bit more than a slim build. His muscles are already present without his need to flex. His chest and abdominals show off a powerful front, with some strong pecks and a six-pack to match. He usually worked out when he was younger to keep up his strength to carry his puppets around, which was a powerful feat, seeing as he had to haul around heavy and large pieces of wood loaded with metal weapons, showing just how strong he really is. Without even his choice, his body is naturally attuned to a special feature that is neither this nor that, can't be considered helpful or a drawback neither. His muscles naturally retain a slim build, compacting his tremendous strength into a small frame to keep his body light and able to move. As stated above, this is neither an advantage or a disadvantage, but simply a feature his own body feels is the best fit for him. Along with his body must naturally come clothes, his style of clothing and attire. Ontop he wears loose samurai-like garments, being a white long-sleeved shirt thats open at the torso revealing a portion of his chest. The sleeves of the shirt are long enough to fall over and cover his hands. On the bottom is simply a pair of grey pants with his long-sleeved shirt tucked into it. To complete his attire he wraps around him his iconic and well known black cloak. The black cloak is different in that when sun shines on it, it seems to give off a redish orangeish tint, also somewhat yellow, further distinguishing and brandishing his eyes and hair. The cloak had a hood that is usually pulled over Shinsei's head, and long sleeves purposley built that way so the opponent wouldn't be able to see where his hands were or what handsigns if any they were performing inside his cloak. The cloak falls all the way onto the ground, barley skimming it when put on. He wears the normal sandals appropriate with ninja. His headband is nowhere to be seen, unknown if it has been discarded or hidden. His equiment pouch is seen to be on his left butt cheek, with his shuriken and kunai holster secured precisley on his right thigh, wrapped in place inbetween his knee and waist for maximum drawing precision. This basic appearence is the basis of his looks, as he has yet to reveal any other different look concerning clothes.

Personality: Shinsei is protrayed as a stoic, calm, and silent man, rareley every provoked, angered, or even annoyed, frustration being the closest to any and all of these things to ever be expressed in that face of his, even looking death in the face without a trace of emotion. He is not exactly emotionless as most people would see his outer calm and silent self to be, but rather keeps to himself. He is a cool and collected man, his mere presence able to stop the bickering, arguing, and juvenile antics between underlings, his presence truly something to be reckoned with. He never wastes a breath, usually speaks when spoken to, and even then his words have meaning and importance. Though not all people may view him in this manner, though this is the truth behind this tall, dark, and handsome man. He also has quite a growing and arrogant side to him, presenting none but the very elite of this world as his equal, and preffering to interact with them, not bothering with those of lesser importance. Very often in battle, does he see his opponent's as worth his time, often scolding them and trying very little in battles. This doesn't make him a fool however, as this is only a view point and opinion as his way of thinking. He is very analystic, using every ounce of his power to plot multiple counters to any and all moves possible made by the opponent. He is also very intellectual to pull this all off, this aspect of him coming straight from his heritage and the very basis of the Shunshuu clan. Shinsei rareley interacts with people, keeping to himself, a silent example of the perfect soldier. He is well aware of his intentions and goals and people are very ignorant as to call him and shouldn't be portrayed as ignorant. He might just know more then you.

Another growing and nagging aspect of himself that seems to annoy others, is the fact that he's so damn lazy. He ever so trys in battles, or solving some kind of huge mysterious crime scene unless specifically and outright told to do, otherwise he'll find some kind of loophole the indirect words of those who command him to create an excuse as to not waste his time. Even if somone of lesser importance, rank, or power decides to take charge, very solemnly does he ever raise his hand to stop them, just taking simple orders and causing as little trouble that involves him as possible. However if the nature of a certain situation is too great for him to ignore, he does begin to get serious. His lazyness however should not be underestimated, going as far as asking a kage-level enemy of his allies to 'pretend to fight' to satisfy Shinsei's orders for the time being, or until he gets serious. In battle, if he doesn't try but his opponent manages to land a hit, grievious more or less, he will from that point on, go all out. Though his lazyness comes in many different forms and sizes, it should never be taken for idiocy or a power gap or anything related, for he is very much intellectual and a powerful figure then most would guess by first sight.
