The first thing one will notice about Kansou is his size. Standing at a towering height of 7ft 3inch, Kansou easily dwarfs those around him. His height itself often, if not always, adds to his slightly creepy and intimidating appearance. However, like all tall people, Kanosu provides an easy target, perhaps an even easier target than others. Kansou looks even taller than he is actually due to his extremely skinny body, leading many to believe he is a weak in the physical department. His long, thin legs and arms further add to his insect-like body structure, something which is especially signified by his insect-like reflexes. Despite his weak look, Kansou’s body is completely muscle due to long hours of training, a surprising trait for one so thin and weak-looking. Kansou’s clothing consists of a white jacket with an overblown spoon-like hood (which adds a foot to his overall height) and an opening starting at the neckline showing most of his midsection and closing at his waist. He wears a standard white hakama with the ends of his pant legs inside his boots. His boots are black and have white designs on them, with the toes of the boots extended and curved at the end making them look like a pair of wicked-witch boots. When going to a battle, his Mantis scythe is usually gripped in one hand. The large looped chain connected to the shaft at the end of Mantis’ handle originates from Kansou's waist under his jacket, allowing him to perform long-ranged attacks with his weapon. Kansou’s face is, in short, not a friendly one. His long face with its pointed chin almost always has a wide smile playing across it, revealing his large white teeth behind which is his tapering tongue, only disappearing when he needs to express an extreme emotion. Kansou’s eyes are snake-like and slanting, with small indigo irises, though the left one is always hidden behind a white eye patch. His hair is black in color and quite long, falling slightly past his shoulders. The left side of his face is usually covered behind a large bang of hair. Personality: Kansou, in short, is a very disturbing person both in appearance and in heart. Sarcastic and sadistic, he loves tormenting people, finding it amusing to see their faces change as they get angry. His rude tongue and insolent behavior often get him in a tight spot, but he still doesn’t change his manner, though he has enough sense to hold his tongue to his superiors. Always eager to fight, Kansou will jump into any fight he sees and that he believes he can get out of. His face is almost always worked up in a wide grin, leading many to wonder about his sanity. With his towering height, his cold voice, and his wide grins, Kansou often strikes others as an intimidating figure. Selfish and cold-hearted, Kansou cares only for himself, treating others around him as mere weapons for him to use. He is slow to anger, brushing aside other remarks and regarding them as empty words. He works hard as a ninja to achieve greater strength, mindful that his desires are not something that his village promotes. He despises the way the village is run, thinking that the young ninja of the village are too soft to ever be considered hard-core. He aims to become the strongest of the strongest, wanting to attain more power no matter what. He trains hard frequently, improving his skills, wanting to become the most powerful person in the world, and fight as many people as he can. Kansou is obsessed with fighting powerful people, believing that defeating them will prove his strength. Indeed, the only time he actually enjoys himself is on the battlefield. One particular quirk of Kansou is his tendency to stab his hand through his opponent’s head to kill them, leaving a gaping hole through their head. In battle, Kansou’s rude personality remains, with him constantly insulting his opponent to make them even angrier, thus causing them to lower their guard. Though he seems like the kind who would charge into a battle without a plan, Kansou always tries to get the upper hand on his opponent as quickly as he can so that he may end the battle quickly. In battle, he can be quite ruthless and cruel, enjoying the prospect of inflicting physical pain to someone. He keeps a cool head in battle, never letting his opponent’s words unhinge him or ruin his fighting style. He doesn’t hesitate when it comes to killing, being a very violent and bloodthirsty being. The sight of blood spilling from his opponent’s body, their screams of pain as he tortures the life out of them, all excite him to no ends, confirming to others that he is a madman. Clan Information:Clan Name: Royaru Clan [Permission From WTFlash] Kekkei Genkai:Saton - Sand Element A combination element considered that of wind [Wind] and earth [Doton], Sand [Saton] is an element that deals with the manipulation and shaping of Sand. It is very straight forward as an element of control, allowing those to shape sand with great detail, harden and compact it to great densities and control in large scale. In it’s chakra form, the way it interacts with different elements changes. - Becomes resistant to fire based techniques. - Becomes weak again water based techniques. - Becomes Neutral against lightning, wind and earth. Desert Chakra- Members of this clan also have an augmentation to their chakra as a result of living decades in the desert. Ones chakra displaces the moisture from objects it comes in contact with. As a result, one can rapidly dry and then suck the moisture from objects or areas leaving them brittle and arid. By the same process, one can suck the chakra out of an opponent (though not use that chakra for themselves), by exposing their opponents chakra system to Desert Chakra, usually via touch. Clan History: The members of this clan originate from an area of the world known as “Desert Country” and is found south-west of modern day Sunagakure on the opposite side of the vast desert that takes up most of the landscape of the area. The desert is edged with a valley that has been carved out by the rapids of a river. The river itself is the result of melted snow from the near by mountain range. This, natural event cut off the desertification and thus the other side is considered very lush and green, even becoming forest at some point. The clan members live along the valley itself, using the water of the river as their main way of providing for themselves. It was said that long before moving to the river, the land between there and Sunagakure was vast flat lands, or plains. There the clan existed and was quite expansive, but as the land began to dry, rains came less often and the solid ground began to crumble away into sand, those of the clan were forced to retreat to livable land, thus leaving behind the ruins of their existence, that are assumed to still exist. Thus, Archeologists are often attempting to brave the desert in order to obtain valuable information about the climate of the world at the time. A branch of the clan has extended about this time, moving completely to try and avoid what was otherwise a life of running from the expanding desert. These individuals retreated to the beaches of the south where they are more famous for becoming pirates; making a living by plaguing the trade routes of the sea; though this is only an act of survival, as this southern branch is much less stable then the land locked, valley dwelling branch. The two, while considered different entities, still keep in contact as sister nations. Whether from the River Country Branch or Desert Country Branch, both are taught in the ways of Ninjutsu, just as any other Academy ninja, as long as inversed in their sand based techniques that are accompany with their KKG. To this day, the Royaru clan continues to strive for survival, clinging to what land they have while leaching off resources from their banditry and pirate activities. | |

In short, he possesses the physical strength equivalent to the Canon character Tsunade. His physical state also enables him to withstand a great deal of punishment from others, often with some attacks having no effect on his skin (i.e all physical attacks of C-Rank and below).
- Handsign Mastery: Kansou’s mastery of handsigns is quite impeccable. He can execute 10 two-handed handsigns in the blink of an eye, and his one-handed handsign speed is as fast as a ninja his rank. Furthermore, Kansou has trained with handsigns to such an extent that he can now execute jutsu with only half the required handsigns.
- Flexibility: Kansou's body is very flexible, allowing him to fit comfortably within a 2ft x 2ft glass cube without cracking it. This allows him to move in very fluid ways.
- Predicting Mind: Kansou’s mind is so observant that he can predict movements using muscle movements or similar small movements. This allows him to predict attacks at the level of the two tomoe Sharingan. This, when combined with his reflexes, allows him to dodge attacks with seemingly great ease.
- Massive Chakra Reserves: Kansou’s chakra reserves are massive, at least 5 times as large as a ninja his rank. Because of his large chakra, his body is incapable of controlling it and would normally be destroyed by the force of the large chakra, withering away into dust. However, Kansou has taken measures to suppress his chakra to the normal level of a ninja his rank.
Weapons:Name: Chakra Reducing Eye Patch (CREP) Appearance: Rank: N/A Special Abilities: The CREP is a special device created for Kansou’s use with the aid of the Sunagakure’s most skilled Weaponry and Medical specialists to suppress Kansou’s enormous chakra. The back of the patch has a small mouth with a row of teeth lining it. When Kansou wears the CREP, the numerous small teeth bite into his skin and begin sucking out his excess chakra, sealing it within a number of seals which will appear under Kansou’s skin. This allows the CREP to siphon out and store Kansou’s excess chakra in his own body. As long as Kansou wears this, he will live; if the CREP is removed from his face, the stored chakra will break out from the seal and disintegrate his entire body into dust within 2 posts. Origin: The CREP is a special device created for Kansou’s use with the aid of the Sunagakure’s most skilled Weaponry and Medical specialists. This was done at the Kazekage’s order to suppress Kansou’s enormous chakra. Name: Mantis Scythe Appearance: Kansou's Mantis scythe is a giant, 8ft tall axe-like weapon bearing two crescent moon-shaped blades fused together at the backs, with a large looped chain connected to the shaft at the end of the handle. The chain is connected to Kansou's waist under his jacket, allowing him to perform long-ranged attacks. Aside from the edges of the blades, the entire weapon is a black color. Mantis itself is quite heavy weighing at a good 120kg, thereby requiring tremendous strength to lift and swing. To Kansou however, thanks to his enormous strength, the weapon is quite light. The weapon itself is made of hardened sand, can be used as a means to supply more sand. Because it is made of sand, Kansou can summon the weapon anytime so long as he has sand around him, meaning he need not carry it with him the entire time. Rank: A Special Abilities: As already stated, Mantis is an extremely heavy weapon. It is also quite strong being able to resist all physical attacks of its rank and below, and is a chakra-conductive weapon. Mantis’ twin blades are extremely sharp and hard, capable of cutting through human bone with ease. The shaft of Mantis can also be extended an extra 5 meters, increasing its range. Aside from these modifications, Mantis has two special abilities. The first ability allows Kansou to manipulate the length of the weapon’s chain using his chakra to increase or decrease its length to 30ft or 3ft respectively. Kansou can even control the path of the chain thereby controlling the directin in which his scythe moves. This action does not require a lot of chakra, almost an infinitesimal amount. Since the chain is connected to Kansou's waist, he need not hold the chain in his hands to send chakra into, being able to do so through his waist. The second ability of Mantis allows it to absorb incoming Ninjutsu attacks of A-Rank and below and send them back at the opponent at the same speed and rank. This, however, requires an A-Rank amount of chakra each time it is done, and therefore cannot be used over and over again. To absorb and attack, Kansou will spin his Mantis in his hand and feed chakra to it before the attack hits, both actions capable of being done simultaneously with no fixed order. Once the attack hits, the weapon will absorb it, after which Kansou can release it once more with a swing of his weapon (Note: The attack can only be stored for a maximum of 1 post). Name: Transformation Jutsu Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: The Transformation Jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu. The transformation jutsu is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja.
Name: Clone Jutsu Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: The Clone Jutsu creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).
Name: Substitution Jutsu Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: The Substitution Jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique.

Name: Shadow Stealth Jutsu Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: The Shadow Stealth Jutsu is the technique ninjas use to follow their targets covertly. The manner in which the ninja shadows their target can differ, from the basic hiding under a nearby object, to using a jutsu to turn oneself invisible. The skill and length in which one can stay hidden varies by rank and ability.

Name: Genjutsu Release Rank: E-S Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: Genjutsu Release is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handsigns, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed handsigns, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
Name: Body Flicker Jutsu Rank: E-S Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.
Name: Item Sealing/Unsealing Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll. This jutsu is a simple one and does not require a lot of chakra.

Name: Tree Climbing Jutsu Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: The Tree Climbing Jutsu serves a dual purpose. Taking part in the Tree Climbing Training helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.
Name: Water Surface Walking Jutsu Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: A variation of the Tree Climbing Jutsu, the Water Surface Walking Jutsu allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.
Name: Shadow Shuriken Jutsu Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: The Shadow Shuriken Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing a giant Demon Wind Shuriken. When throwing the shuriken, the ninja will also throw a second giant shuriken to hide in the shadow of the first. The hidden secondary shuriken can then approach the target without their being aware.
Name: String Reeling Jutsu Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: The String Reeling Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing wire. This string can be used in rappelling, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent. The Uchiha clan also utilizes the wire in their Sharingan Windmill Triple Attack technique. The wire allows the clan member to pin down an opponent, and then unleash a torrent of fire upon them.
Name: Summoning Jutsu Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: A powerful jutsu, the Summoning Jutsu allows a ninja to summon animals, objects and the dead to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows them to summon different size and skill levels of creature. The ability to summon more advanced animals largely depends upon the amount of chakra the ninja can muster to perform the jutsu. To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on the hand, perform the necessary handsigns and then touch their hand to the ground or another object; though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete. There can be variations to the summoning steps: some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan and then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground.
Name: Ninja Art, Needle Jizou Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: Ninja Art, Needle Jizou is a Ninjutsu technique used by Kansou. After forming the needed handsigns, Kansou's hair will grow in length to surround and protect his body. In this form it also becomes ridged and spiked, forming a layer of protecting from direct strikes and blows. Ninjutsu and Taijutsu attacks of B-rank and below will have no effect on the covering of hair.
Name: Shadow Clone Jutsu Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: The normal Clone Jutsu creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Shadow Clone distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Shadow Clone an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Shadow Clone for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Multi-Shadow Clone Jutsu.
Name: Barrier, Dome Method Formation Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: Barrier, Dome Method Formation is a Ninjutsu barrier technique. After clacking his feet together, the ninja can extend a sensory barrier to detect the movements of a hidden foe. Should the field touch his opponent, he will know their position immediately. The maximum range of the barrier is 10 meters.
Name: Combo Transform Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: Combo Transform is a Ninjutsu technique that allows two ninja to transform themselves temporarily into another person or thing. While in the form, they can use the physical characteristics of the one they are impersonating.
Name: Vanishing Facial Copy Jutsu Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: Vanishing Facial Copy Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used for spying. A dark technique, the jutsu involves the removal of the face of the person to be impersonated. By wearing their face and clothing, the ninja can impersonate the original without others being aware.
Name: Shadow Clone: Smash Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: Shadow Clone: Smash is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Kansou. At first glance the clone appears to be a normal Shadow Clone, but Kansou can detonate the clone at any time to form a very large explosion.
Name: Death Viewing Technique (Killing Intent) Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: Death Viewing Technique (Killing Intent) is a technique used to completely stun an opponent. If the target looks into the eyes of the ninja, their mind is suddenly inflicted with intense visions of their own brutal killing. This results in their body going into shock and being unable to move for 1 post. If the target can physically injure their own body, the pain can be enough to end the paralysis.
Name: Cancel Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This technique is used when a Ninjutsu attack has been launched at Kansou. After channeling the required chakra amount to his hand, Kansou will raise his hand and allow the attack launched at him to collide with his hand. The chakra built up in his hand will then erupt outwards. Because it is an A-Rank technique, the amount of chakra required for it to work perfectly is equivalent to the chakra cost of an A-Rank jutsu. Ninjutsu attacks of B-Rank and below will be cancelled by this move, while A-Rank ones will freeze in their spot as Kansou will deflect them away from him using the A-Rank chakra pent up in his hand. This can also be used with a chakra-conductive object. (Can only be used 2 times per topic)

Name: Death From Above Rank: D Type: Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: A simple move which is executed when Kansou is in the air above his opponent. Kansou will perform an overhead strike with his scythe aimed at his opponent’s head, attempting to slice them neatly in half. The tremendous strength with which this move is executed and the range of the scythe itself makes this move difficult, if not impossible, to block or dodge.
Name: Knock-Out Strike Rank: D Type: Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: Using the flat part of his Mantis scythe, Kansou will knock his opponent unconscious by slamming the flat part of his scythe against their head. Though not a powerful strike by Kansou’s standard, the move will nevertheless possess the striking force sufficient enough to knock a human being out for several hours.
Name: Two Hit Combo Rank: C Type: Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: Kansou will first kick his opponent with such great force that they will be knocked into the air. He will then use the Body Flicker Jutsu to appear where his opponent would be. Using his Mantis scythe, Kansou will attempt to severely injure the oncoming opponent as he takes a swing at them. If the opponent’s reflexes are quick enough they can stop the second attack, but the speed at which it is carried out makes it extremely difficult.
Name: Swirling Wind Rank: C Type: Kenjutsu Element: Wind Description: After feeding Wind chakra to the blades of his Mantis scythe, Kansou will spin 360 degrees with his scythe extended outwards in a horizontal position. The speed at which Kansou spins and the range and sharpness of the scythe makes this move lethal at close-range. Furthermore, while he spins, a swirling tornado appears around Kansou, capable of deflecting projectile attacks.
Name: Underground Strike Rank: C Type: Kenjutsu/Ninjutsu Element: Earth Description: Kansou will use this move when he is underground. Using his Earth Release Jutsu, Kansou will tunnel underground until he is under his opponent. He will then jab his Mantis scythe upwards out of the ground, causing the two curved gap between his scythe’s blades to cut the opponent in half.
Name: Serpent’s Bind Rank: C Type: Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: Kansou will use his Mantis scythe’s chain to bind his opponent by wrapping the chain around them tightly. The scythe connected to the chain can be used as an anchor to hold the opponent in place.
Name: Wind Fang Rank: C Type: Kenjutsu Element: Wind Description: Kansou will first begin by channeling Wind chakra to his Mantis scythe. He will then make a slashing movement with the weapon, causing a crescent-shaped wave of wind 5ft in length to appear in the air in front of him. The Wind Fang will then move towards the target, traveling in a straight line at a speed of 5m/s. Quick reflexes and high speed are required to dodge this wave. If the opponent is hit by this wave, they will be knocked back as well as gain numerous deep cuts on their body.
Name: Clashing Fang Rank: C Type: Kenjutsu Element: Wind Description: After Kansou has either clashed his weapon with another weapon or has struck a hit on his opponent, he will channel Wind chakra into his weapon and will use the Slicing Wind Fang whilst close to the opponent. The small distance between the target and the attack will make it practically impossible to dodge the second part of this move. If the second part of the attack hits, the same effect will occur on the opponent as the original effect caused by the Slicing Wind Fang.
Name: Sky Blade Rank: B Type: Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: Sky Blade is a Ninjutsu technique used by Kansou Sabaku. This technique allows Kansou to levitate his Mantis scythe. Forming the needed handsign will cause the scythe to rise into the air and strike out against any enemy in the nearby area. This can also be used by Kansou as a means to summon his scythe back to him from a distance.
Name: Flying Swallow Rank: B Type: Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: Flying Swallow is a technique used by the Suna ninja Kansou Sabaku. Feeding his chakra into his Mantis scythe, Kansou will extend the length of his blades. An extra extension of invisible chakra will create a sharp edge that functions like the normal blade itself. Seeing his scythe his opponent may misjudge how far they need to move to avoid an incoming strike. Even if they manage to avoid the metal portion of the blade, the chakra portion may cut into them as well.
Name: Dance of the Crescent Moon Rank: A Type: Kenjutsu/Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: Dance of the Crescent Moon is an advanced ninja technique used by the Suna ninja Kansou Sabaku. As the ninja charges at his opponent, he creates multiple shadow copies to confuse his opponent. Using the confusion, the real ninja will attack from the opponent's blindside.
Name: Piercing Lunar Fang Rank: A-S Type: Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: Kansou will begin channeling a large amount of chakra into his weapon for 1 straight post. After he has done so, he will raise his weapon above his head and will swing it downwards in a vertical arc, at the same time releasing the chakra he has been channeling into his weapon. A large wave of chakra will erupt from one end of his weapon and will shoot towards the target at a high speed. At A-Rank, the wave will range from 8-10ft in height and 2-4ft in width (depending upon the chakra used) and will travel at a speed of 30m/s. If the target is hit by the wave at A-Rank, he will fatally cut due to the force and sharpness of the chakra in the wave. At S-Rank, the wave will range from 12-15ft in height and 5-8ft in width (depending upon the chakra used) and will travel at a speed of 50m/s. If the target is hit by the wave at S-Rank, it will be completely ripped in two by the force and sharpness of the chakra in the wave. The number of waves that can be fired per topic is 2 at A-Rank and 1 at S-Rank (i.e a maximum of 3 waves can be launched per topic).

Name: Falcon Drop Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Element: N/A Description: Falcon Drop is a Taijutsu technique used by Kansou Saku. While at an elevated position, Kansoi will grab his opponent from behind. Firmly locking himself to their back, he will lock his ankles to their neck to get their body rigid. He will then plant them head first into the ground. Essentially a belly to back piledriver, the move can provide a great concussion to his opponent's head.
Name: Shadow Leaf Dance Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Element: N/A Description: Shadow Leaf Dance is a Taijutsu technique that is used to position a ninja's opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. The ninja will first quickly appear below their opponent, then with a switch upper kick they will launch their target into the air. The ninja will then jump into the air to "shadow" the target with the target's back to their chest.
Name: Super Heel Drop Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Element: N/A Description: Super Heel Drop is a Taijutsu technique utilized by Kansou Sabaku. Using his monstrous strength, Kansou will raise his leg in a high arc, and bring it thundering down causing massive damage to whatever it impacts. The ninja will travel through the ground to appear below their target. They will then surprise their target by then pulling them into the ground. Once in the ground their target is thus immobilized. Name: Earth Style, Mud Overturn Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Description: Earth Style, Mud Overturn is a defensive Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After striking the ground with their hands, a large wall of earth will rise into place as defense. The defense is not perfect though, a hard or drilling impact can puncture the wall.

This technique allows the ninja to control nearby stone and rock. When the ninja forms the needed handsigns and slams their palm to the ground, surrounding rock will begin to churn and twist up crushing all those trapped within it.
Name: Earth Style, Earth Cocoon Jutsu Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Description: This jutsu enables the user to trap the opponent by the causing the earth beneath his feet to rise up and cover his entire body with earth, restricting their movement. The user will perform three handsigns and then place his palm against the ground and send a burst of chakra into it, causing the earth beneath the opponent’s feet to engulf them. The opponent must be within 5 metres of the user for the Earth Cocoon to trap him. The Earth Cocoon cannot be broken unless a Taijutsu attack of destructive nature (usually B-Rank+), or a Lightning attack of the same rank or above is used, whether it is delivered from outside the cocoon or from within. Extremely powerful penetrating objects (like Kaguya bones or a Wind-imbued weapon) can pierce through the cocoon and break it, both from outside and within. This jutsu is quite easy to dodge, as the opponent can simply move from their spot before the earth covers them, provided they have quick reflexes of course.
Name: Earth Armor Rank: C-A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Description: By slamming their foot on the ground and sending a burst of chakra into it as they do so, a ninja can make the earth around them rise up and cover their entire skin like armor. Once the user has slammed his foot against the ground, the earth will cover the body in a second. The user can still move while the armor is on their skin, but their speed will be reduced by 25% when this happens. This Earth Armor will be 2 inches thick and, because of the chakra sent into it, it will be strong enough to withstand several attacks. Taijutsu attacks of the same rank and below will have no effect on the user, since the Earth Armor will take the damage of the attack instead. Water attacks of the same rank and one rank above will have no effect on the armor. Fire and Wind attacks of the any rank will break the armor; however such attacks of the same rank will cause both jutsu to be nullified. Lightning attacks of any rank will break the armor as well as cause double damage to the user. Unless it is broken before, the Earth Armor will last for 2 posts, after which it falls back down to the ground.
Name: Earth Style, Pit Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Description: After placing both hands on the ground, Kansou will send a burst of chakra into the ground towards the opponent, causing the earth around the opponent to crumble and fall away, forming a circular pit 10ft deep and 8ft across. The opponent will most surely fall into the pit, though if they are quick on their toes they will be able to jump away from the earth crumbling beneath them. Due to muddy walls of the pit, they will be unable to climb out of it without using chakra.
Name: Earth Clone Jutsu Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Description: This jutsu creates clones out of nearby mud or earth. After forming the necessary handsigns, Kansou will create clones composed of earth or mud. Due to them being solid, the Earth Clones can interact more with environment and are therefore able to attack. They have enough chakra to use a total of 1 C-Rank jutsu, 3 D-Rank jutsu and 4 E-Rank jutsu. If these clones are to move more than 20ft away from the user, they decompose back into mud or earth. If the Earth Clone is injured, then it will turn back into mud.
Name: Ninja Art, Blind Man’s Step Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Description: A jutsu requiring no handsigns, this technique is used primarily when Kansou has been deprived of sight. Though this jutsu is ranked as C, it only utilizes a D-Rank amount of chakra, however its effects are of C-Rank. By channeling chakra into the earth through his feet, Kansou can sense the vibrations in the earth caused by movements. This allows him to "see" through the earth, forming a sort of detail-less image in his mind of his surroundings. This "sight" has a circular range with a 20ft radius. Any moment on the ground within this range will be detected by Kansou as if he could see it clearly with his eyes (e.g if a ninja was to throw a kunai at Kansou, the movement would be noticed by Kansou and he would be able to dodge it accordingly). The drawback of this technique is that it cannot allow Kansou to see movement in the air, so if a kunai was flying at him he would not know if it had changed course or if it was still coming at him. A ninja can usually estimate where the weapon will be based on the direction of the throw, but he cannot be sure. Since he is sending chakra into the earth to see, this can also be used to locate people up to 10ft underground. This jutsu will last for as long as Kansou continues to channel chakra into the earth. This jutsu cannot be used on anything that is not natural earth (e.g this jutsu will not work on a marble floor).

Other elements, however, are unaffected such as smell. This jutsu does not function over water or over worked stone, only natural earthen materials.

This causes the ground to send out a wave from the initial point and knock over or disorient opponents.
Owner: Hageshii Ame/Y Name: Earth Style, Earth Pillars Jutsu Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Description: An earth chakra using ninja strikes the ground and causes three large pillars to rise in front of him, each three to four feet tall. Although this could stop an attacking opponent, this jutsu has another purpose.
Closer inspection reveals that the pillars are separated into twelve pieces each. The ninja who created the pillars then sweeps his hand around in a circular sweeping motion and strikes the top portion of each pillar, sending it flying off towards an opponent. This is repeated twelve times before the pillar is expended, not necessarily successively.

The sides of the tunnel are made of loose earth, making escape difficult without aid or chakra. The size of the funnel is based on the chakra used to perform this technique, ranging from a few feet, to nearly 20ft. at its widest point.

Upon impact, the bubbles burst and the chakra explodes out, damaging whatever it hits. The bubbles can be created in the mouth without any external materials.
Name: Earth Style, Inescapable Hell Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Description: Earth Style, Inescapable Hell is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After forming the needed handsign, Kansou will create a conical crater below his opponent. This twisting, sinking pit will pull the target below ground to imprison and suffocate them.

The technique can be countered by an opponent who hardens their body with a stronger Earth Element jutsu.

After forming the needed handsigns, Kansou will generate plates of rock which will rise from around his target, entomb and then crush them. A ninja skilled in Earth Element abilities can avoid being crushed and emerge from the coffin.
Name: Earth Style, Rock Pillar Prison Jutsu Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Description: Earth Style, Rock Pillar Prison Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After forming the needed handsigns, Kansou will generate pillars of rock which will rise from the ground around his target. These pillars will act as prison bars to contain his opponent.

After forming the needed Snake handsign, a ninja will harden his/her body using the Earth Element. This provides greater defense against attack and will also strengthen his/her arm to increase his striking ability. Like other Earth based jutsu, it is weak against Lightning attacks.
Name: Earth Style, Earth Style Split Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Description: Earth Style, Earth Style Split is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will do the necessary handsigns, then place their hand to the ground. This will cause the earth to rise up and split apart. Once the ninja removes their hand from the ground, the earth parting will end.
Name: Earth Style, Stone Lodging Destruction Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Description: Earth Style, Stone Lodging Destruction is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. This technique allows the ninja to control nearby stone and rock. This can be especially useful if in a cave or a stone lodging. The technique can loosen the rocks and cause them to come raining down on whoever is trapped inside.

After striking the ground with his hands, a ninja is able to overturn the earth into a large dumpling shape chunk of earth the size of a mausoleum. Using his chakra, he can lift up the ball and hurl it at his opponent, flatening all in its path. This jutsu requires immense strength.

Name: Earth Style, Mud Wall Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Description: Earth Style, Mud Wall is a defensive Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will do the necessary handsigns and then spew a line of mud onto the ground. The mud will then grow into a large mud wall to help defend against incoming attack.
Name: Earth Barrier, Earth Dome Prison Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Description: Earth Barrier, Earth Dome Prison is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After striking the ground with his hands, a ninja is able to overturn the earth and cause it to rise up around his opponents. Placing his/her hands against the dome he/she is able to suck out the chakra from the people trapped inside and bring it into his own body. At the same time the user will use his own chakra to spread throughout the dome, this allows him to repair any damage his opponents manage to inflict on the inside. The chakra is not evenly spread out though, as the chakra flows away from the user, it becomes more and more weak allowing the dome to be broken on the far side if hit by a hard enough force.
Name: Earth Style, Earth Flow River Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Description: Earth Style, Earth Flow River is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will do the necessary handsigns and transform the ground upon which the enemy stands into a river of mud.
Owner: Hageshii Ame/Y Name: Earth Style, Imitation of Nature Jutsu Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Description: Using earth chakra the user creates imitations of other objects, excluding cloning the user. This jutsu could be used to make a scale diagram of something a ninja has seen, for example. This jutsu can also imitate living creatures, but cannot move unless directly manipulated. This jutsu is often used by recon ninja to accurately describe what was seen. This jutsu relies on subconscious memory, which means that even if it was seen for only an instant, it can be perfectly replicated as the subconscious remembers nearly everything.
Complex shapes, such as those will moving parts, cannot be made to function unless the user also saw the inside of it and how it functions (ex. This jutsu could not replicate a working puppet just by seeing it, the user would have to also see the exact mechanics and inner workings to make a working replica.)
Owner: Hageshii Ame/Y Name: Earth Style, Witch’s Cauldron Jutsu Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Description: A ninja with chaotic chakra, or expert chakra control, can place their palms on the ground and cause the earth to stir and spin like a whirlpool of earth. The whirlpool spreads out at about 5 feet per post if the user is Chunin, 10 feet if Jounin, and 15 feet at any rank above. This includes the first post, meaning the initial use is that large.
Anything captured in this whirlpool is drug down into the center, which they are trapped in if they reach it. A ninja with enough psychical strength could swim against the current of earth, or attempt to jump out. If a ninja is caught in the center, jutsu and movement is impossible and only an immensely powerful ninja could break free by sheer force.
Owner: Hageshii Ame/Y Name: Earth Style, Stone Shard Impact Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Description: By striking a large rock, boulder, or other stoney substance, a ninja is able to shatter it into shards which will embed themselves into a target, causing immense pain and adding nearly 5lb of weight to a ninja per use of this jutus due to weight of the stone shards stuck into an opponent. Multiple uses can leave a ninja’s body to heavy to move.
Owner: Hageshii Ame/Y Name: Earth Style, Great Spiked Destruction Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Description: By using the subjects Earth elemental affinity the user is able to imbue great earthen spikes into normal earthen weaponry. This jutsu enables barbs to grow out of stone and increase the deadliness of stone weapons. The barbs are able to be used to grip weapons, enabling an attempt to pull a weapon out of a ninja’s hands.
Name: Earth Style, Earth Dragon Projectile Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Description: Earth Style, Earth Dragon Projectile is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will do the necessary handsigns and create a dragon from the river of mud made after using the Earth Style, Earth Flow River technique. This dragon will then spew mud projectiles from its mouth.
Name: Earth Style, Covering Lid Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Description: Earth Style, Covering Lid is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. To utilize this technique, the ANBU member will form the needed hand seal. A large earthen pot will then fall from the sky to cover and contain the target summon. A powerful enough summon will be able to overturn the pot and escape. This will be the final attack in an elemental trio used by the ANBU.
Name: Earth Style, Swamp of the Underworld Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Description: Earth Style, Swamp of the Underworld is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth element. After forming the needed handsigns, a vast swamp can appear beneath a target to sink and kill it.
Name: Earth Style, Weighted Rock Jutsu Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Description: Earth Style, Weighted Rock Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After forming the needed handsigns, Kansou will turn an object touching him into stone. This process increases the weight of the object and can also be used against organic material. When he is elevated, the petrifaction process will cause the material to fall away and crash into the floor below.
Owner: Hageshii Ame/Y Name: Earth Style, Restoration of Nature Jutsu Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Earth Description: Due to the immense damage that some ninja deal to their surrounding environment during combat, it was inevitable that a jutsu to repair that damage by invented. First the user spends an hour meditating, gathering information as to how the earth was like before the damage was dealt. This may be skipped if the ninja viewed the damage being dealt. After the meditation, the ninja is aware of the original structure of the earth and then by touching the earth, and relinquishing all but a few scraps of their chakra, they are able to reform the earth as it originally was. Although invented to repair damage from Shinobi wars, this jutsu is just as easily used to cover up damage dealt by ninja who strive on not leaving a trace. This jutsu can repair damage within a 3m radius, but the damage must be less than a week old.

A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.
Name: Wind Style, Gale Wind Palm Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind Description: Wind Style, Gale Wind Palm is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. After forming the needed handsigns, Kansou will send a strong gust of wind towards his target. When acting in conjunction with another thrown weapon, the wind can increase its power and deadliness.
Name: Wind Style, Wind Curve Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind Description: Kansou will first begin by channeling Wind chakra to his arm. He will then make a slashing movement with the arm, causing a crescent-shaped wave of wind 5ft in length to appear in the air in front of him. The Wind Curve will then move towards the target, traveling in a straight line at a speed of 5m/s. Quick reflexes and high speed are required to dodge this wave. If the opponent is hit by this wave, they will be knocked back as well as gain numerous deep cuts on their body.
Owner: Hageshii Ame/Y Name: Wind Location Jutsu Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind Description: Using small amounts of wind expelled from the mouth, a ninja is able to feel the vibrations from the impact when it hits, giving information on what it struck and the general shape of what was around the impact in a 5ft radius. This enables ninja to imitate a bats echo location, though this is not a sonic attack and can be easily tampered with by another ninja.
Owner: Hageshii Ame/Y Name: Twisting Passage of Hellish Nightmares Rank: C-S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind or Water Description: A ninja forms a whirlpool or tornado, depending on which is desired, that is filled with solidified water (or wind) in the form of sharp talons or teeth. Ninja trapped in the tornado or whirlpool are shredded to pieces with the sharp points, being covered in light cuts at C Rank, moderate cuts at B Rank, Heavy cuts at A Rank, and possible lethality at S Rank.
A ninja can hold this jutsu for a number of posts depending on the rank used, and the ninja’s rank. A C Rank ninja can hold C for 1 post, a B Rank ninja can hold C for 2 posts, B for 1, an A Rank ninja can hold C for 3 posts, B for 2 posts, A for 1 post, and an S Rank ninja can hold C for 5 posts, B for 3 posts, A for 3 posts, and S for 1 post. Ninja who have had this jutsu from C-S rank (as in Genin to Jounin) are able to hold their S Rank jutsu for 3 posts, due to their familiarity with the jutsu.

The user inhales a large amount of air into his chest and then slams his fist into his chest to expel it. When expelled it forms concussive spherical projectiles capable of inflicting large damage.
Name: Wind Style, Wind Cutter Jutsu Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind Description: Wind Style, Wind Cutter Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. To utilize this technique, the ANBU member will form the needed handsign. A large slicing wind will then be created which can cut through his opponent. This can be used to immobilize large summons. This will be the initial attack in an elemental trio used by the ANBU.
Name: Wind Style, Infinite Dust Great Breakthrough Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind Description: Wind Style, Infinite Dust Great Breakthrough is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. The user can inhale a large amount of air into the chest cavity. A ninja can then exhale the air in a large gust capable of turning back an incoming attack.
Owner: Hageshii Ame/Y Name: Air Piercing Spiral Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind Description: A ninja gathers small beads of concentrated wind on their finger tips, loosing them at an opponent. The balls, whose rotation is incredibly rapid, can puncture most substances. After a substance is punctured however, the air forms into a funnel shape, allowing further attacks to be funneled inside the breaks in the defense of another ninja. An example of this would be using this jutsu to puncture armor and then using Endan to funnel through the hole and damage the unsuspecting ninja.

The giant claw is directly connected to the user’s hand, as in when the ninja slashes, the claw slashes, the ninja punches, the claw punches, etc. If the hand is severed, this jutsu ends. This jutsu can be used once per available hand (typically twice, unless a ninja has more hands, or has a way of obtaining more hands. Using this jutsu with more than two hands increases this jutsu‘s rank to S. Ninja who have access to more than two hands train this jutsu at S Rank, they do not train it at A Rank, if they cannot use S Rank Jutsu, they cannot use this jutsu.)

Name: Sand Drizzle Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: An alternative to Sand Coffin, the user simply gathers sand from the earth and makes it come down like a rain, targeting his opponents from above. To make sure the rain hits its mark, it can be combined with Sand Binding Coffin to immobilize the target. A variant of this technique, called Thunder God of Sand. Name: Successive Shots: Sand Drizzle Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: A more powerful version of the Sand Drizzle. The user creates dozens of sand bullets that one can use to shower the enemy with many projectiles capable of causing small scale piercing damage.
Name: Third Eye Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: This jutsu creates a floating eyeball out of sand that is connected to the user's optic nerves. The user can control the size of the eye depending on its use. Its main purpose is spying, since it can form and disperse in any location on command. The user also uses it while within shelter of defense so as to see what's happening outside.
Name: Hidden in the Sand Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: The user can place objects into the sand then activate this justu targeting the object or objects. The objects will be enveloped in sand and successfully buried in which only the user can recall them. One can thus carry things around in a mass of sand, or hide opponents’ weapon in a body of sand. This can be used on nearly anything for as long as the amount of sand is larger than the object targeted. This technique can only target objects without chakra.
Name: Forced Evaporation Rank: C-A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: This is a sand based technique used to counter the natural weakness of Sand with the abilities of Desert chakra. The user will form the needed hand signs and then either touch a body of water or release a wave of sand imbue with desert chakra. If used as a direct counter to a water technique, the sand must be imbued with chakra equal to that of the opponent. If used on a body of water, the rank reflects how large the amount of water is. A moderate sized lake can be completely evaporate with the 'A' ranked version of this technique, leaving an empty crater in its wake.
Name: Petrified Sand Rank: C-S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: This is the ability to take normal sand and harden its density with the use of chakra. The user will target sand, or a body of sand and manually harden it, petrifying it until releasing the technique. How hard the sand is depends on the rank of the technique. C- Stone/Earth B- Iron A- Steel S- Titanium
Name: Barchan Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: The user swings his right arm forward while leaving a crescent shaped trail of sand behind it. Anything hit by that trail is cut by the crescent dehydration ability. A "Barchan" is a crescent-shaped sand dune.
Name: Sand Shackles Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: This is a technique that can be used in many different ways. They first form the proper handsigns with the specific variation. If the opponents feet are submerged in sand, the sand will become harden for two posts and thus anchoring them in place. Hands formed of sand can reach up from under the opponent and grasp their ankles, hardening upon doing so and holding them in place, or literal shackles of sand reaching up and latching to the ankles of the opponent, tethering them to the ground. The target of the technique is to immobilize the opponent for a short time.
Name: Crumble Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: This is a technique used to reduce dry or arid areas of earth into sand. On must only touch the area to activate the technique, vibrating their chakra to crumble the dried earth to manipulatable sand. The amount of sand created is equal to the area of dried earth.
Name: Object Shattering Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: A form of Crumble, this allows Kansou to break any object he touches into sand at the cost of chakra. The amount of sand created by the object is equivalent to the size of the object. This can only be used on small to medium sized objects (e.g the maximum size of an object that can be turned to sand is the size of an SUV). Larger objects cannot be turned into sand with this technique.
Name: Quicksand Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: This is a technique that manipulates the sand under an opponent. After the proper handsigns are performed, the sand under the opponent will rapidly suck them down into the sand. It may only, however, pull them down for as thick as the layer of sand is below them. Very hard to resist without something solid to pull one’s self out upon/with.
Name: Sand Substitution Jutsu Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: An advanced Substitution Jutsu form that allows the user to replace themselves with sand at any point in time without handsigns at the expense of a large amount of chakra. It counts as a single “substitution” technique when used. Can also be used to substitute one’s self with a Sand Clone.
Name: Shifting Sand Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: This is a technique used to lift a layer of sand into the air where it will drift about like dust, for the most part unnoticed until used as a medium for another technique based on sand. In which case, the technique can seemingly be used from thin air. Once used, however, its effects end and must be activated again. One can prep the technique for manipulation at a later date if need be.
Name: Sand Clone Jutsu Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: An advanced clone form that allows the user for create a clone of themselves from sand. The clone will, like normal clones, be an exact replica of the user. They will be defeated with a single blow from any technique that would break the pain threshold in which they will be reduced to a pile of sand. One can create many clones at once; however, these clones cannot form jutsu of their own, despite their solid form.
Name: Sand Paper Skin Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: This is a technique that greatly increases the friction caused by physical contact of the body, while increasing ones resistance to fire based techniques by 25%. In this way, one burn dried surfaces, and even light fires simply by the properties of friction (usually involving physically moving one’s self against an object). Useful for physical fights, as punches and kicks will be delivered with a burning effect. Can also be helpful at camp fires should there be a lack of available matches.

Name: Sand Fist Rank: C-B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: Creates a fist of sand, either small (C-ranked) or large (B-ranked) that can be controlled as a projectile or even used as an effective third hand to grab things with; hovering about within a 10meter radius of the user. One cannot use this third hand to form jutsu with, however.
Name: Sand Wave Rank: D-B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: Creates a wave of sand from in front of the user in a small (D-ranked) medium(C-ranked) or large (B-ranked) fashion. It is simply a wave of sand with no other predetermined effect but can easily topple and cover most objects or targets that aren’t anchored to the ground.
Name: Sand Wall Rank: C-B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: Creates a wall of Sand for defensive or supportive purposes from a body of sand user in a small (D-ranked) medium(C-ranked) or large (B-ranked) fashion. As-is, the walls themselves can defend against technique and projectiles up to their own rank, but are weak against piercing damage.
Name: Sand Sculpture Jutsu Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: This is a technique used to make simple temporary objects out of sand. Kunai, Shuriken, Katana and other forms of simple small objects that only require to be shaped and hardened can be made in this way. They will be reduced to sand when broke, and when wielded are just as effective as the standard article items.
Name: Sand Point Jutsu Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: This technique creates a single spike of harden sand, resembling a cone, that can extend for up to 5feet in a single direct from the sand. The user can activate this anywhere within the area of jointed sand, and can thus attack from close range, though, easily noticed and dodged by experienced shinobi.
Name: Desert Suspension Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: A rather simple technique that takes advantage of the paradox of control; the sand can be controlled within an area of the user. The user can thus can stand and hover upon solidified sand, or create a platform of hovering sand in which to stand upon.
Name: Advanced Sand Clone Jutsu Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: Advanced Sand Clone is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Sand ninja Kansou Sabaku, and is an advanced version of the normal Sand Clone. The Advanced Sand Clone functions like a normal Sand Clone. When a ninja goes to attack the advanced version, the malleability of the sand allows the blow to sink into the sand, which can then wrap itself around the limb to constrain the attacker. Just like the normal Sand Clone, the advanced version is incapable of performing justu.
Name: Advanced Sand Sculpture Jutsu Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: An advanced version of the Sand Sculpture Jutsu, this allows the ninja to shape sand into more complex items ranging from arms to chairs. The sculpted sand can be hardened as in the Sand Sculpture Jutsu, and can be used as effectively as the original item.
Name: Thunder God of Sand Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: Thunder God of Sand is very similar to Sand Drizzle in that Kansou launches a large amount of sand in the sky to rain down on the opponent. The sand forms needles which stick into the ground and create an electrical charge that drains or otherwise neutralizes electricity.
Name: Mummification Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: This technique uses “Desert Chakra” to drain a living thing of chakra. The user will form physical contact with the target via touch; they will then apply Desert Chakra as a means to sap the opponent of chakra. They will generally lose about 10% of their overall chakra per post of contact. Chakra lost in this way will be removed from the host’s body and considered unrecoverable by the user or the target.
Name: Dehydration Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: This technique uses Sand element chakra along with ‘Desert Chakra’ to physically drain the opponent of moisture. The user will form physical contact with the target via touch; they will then apply Desert Chakra as a means to sap the opponent of moisture. A single post will simply dehydrate the area touched, and for every post after that they ‘dehydration’ will spread about a meter per post. Thus, 2-3 posts of exposure is enough to completely dry and thus neutralize an opponent. Areas ‘dehydrated’ will become slow, weak and brittle as a result; not fit for physical combat.
Name: Art of Summoning Sand Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: This technique is made specifically to summon a large amount of sand into an area. One must form the proper hand signs then press their hand to a surface. Almost as if the sand is pouring out from their palm, gallons of sand will shoot outward from their palm leaving a mound of sand up to 20ft high. Considered a form of contract-less summon.
Name: Undermine Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: This is a sand based technique that uses the individual components of wind and earth to its advantage. The user will form the proper hand signs then press their hands to a jointed surface. Then, targeting a structure or building, one will first, cause the target to become weak by sapping it of moisture, and then crumble by shaking its foundation. Wooden components of said structures will be reduced to sand; thus the more wooden the structure is, the more effective it will be. Metal structures, however, will not be affected at all by such a technique.
Name: Sandstorm Mirage Jutsu Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: This is a technique used along with the Sandstorm technique. While the sandstorm is active, should the opponent attempt to attack the user, they will be able to perform any of the following actions without handsigns: 1) Substitute themselves with the surrounding sand. 2) Create illusionary “clones” anywhere within the sand storm. Used correctly, this advantage can greatly increase ones evasion whilst inside the sandstorm.
Name: Desert Spada Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: The user forms his right hand into a loose blade of fast-moving sand and then stabs it into the ground, extending it along the ground like a torpedo, splitting anything in its path, including the very ground itself, through extreme and focused erosion, created by the sand-blade.
Name: Desert Girasole Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: The user creates another loose sand blade from his right hand with Desert Spada. Like Desert Spada, he stabs it into the ground causing an area in front of him to collapse. However, a giant pit of quicksand will be formed instead, with the sand being taking away by underground rivers (which he can detect). Anything caught in the pit will be sucked in and buried alive. This attack can only be done in a desert terrain.
Name: Sand Dragon Jutsu Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: This technique uses the manipulation of sand via the Sand Element. The user will use gather the surrounding sand into a serpent like dragon of sand that will launch itself with great speed like a projectile at the opponent, crashing it the target like a missile and causing powerful concussive damage.
Name: Sand Dome Jutsu Rank: B-A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: The user creates a Dome of sand around themselves for a 360 defensive technique. The hardness of the dome changes the power of the defensive technique, as it comes in a ‘B’ and an ‘A’ ranked form for different degrees of defense. The dome can be up to 5meters in radius in size.
Name: Sandstorm Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: This technique is used to create a large cylinder of spinning sand, simulating the effects of a large scale Sandstorm. The user will be unaffected by the sand, however any caught in the sand storm will have their vision greatly hampered, and must deal with constantly being buffeted by sand. It also makes a great distraction or “smoke ball” effect. A single sandstorm can last for up to 5 posts and cover a 30meter radius of the user upon activation.
Name: Curse of the Lost Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: This is a technique that targets sand. They first form the proper hand signs to activate the jutsu. For 5 posts length, anything touching the sand with the exception of the user will be drained of 5% of their chakra in the same way as the ‘mummification’ technique; many times without realizing it. (Can only be used once per thread)
Name: Sand Door Jutsu Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: This technique is potent, though can only be used once per thread. The user will form the needed handsigns then seemingly melt away into the sand bellow them. They will then be able to re-solidify from the sand at another point in the same body of sand, either in the same or next post.
Name: Quicksand Waterfall Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: This jutsu sends a massive amount of sand towards an opponent in the form of a wave, covering and "drowning" them in an ocean of sand. In addition to the wave effect of the jutsu, one can control the sand, allowing him to attack his opponent while they attempt to outrun the wave. The technique can be so powerful as to change the landscape, turning acres of forest land into nothing but a desert with occasional trees. In practice it is virtually unavoidable. It is usually followed by an area crushing technique to kill the opponent
Name: Sand Waterfall Funeral Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: After wrapping an opponent with sand, Kansou will cause the sand to implode and crush whatever is within. When used to kill a person, the death is so quick that there isn't even time to feel pain. The pressure also produces a sizable fountain of blood. Kansou can control the pressure used in the attack, which allows him to either break bones or completely liquefy an opponent.
Name: Sand Clone Regeneration Jutsu Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: This technique can only be performed on a single targeted Sand Clone if only one Sand Clone exists of the user. The user targets that sand clone as the designated clone. The clone will regenerate automatically as long as there is a source of sand in which to do so. Should the clone be struck with an attack, it will readily take the blow and regenerate to its original shape without damage. The clone still can’t use jutsu. Even if the clone is completely destroyed, it will still maintain the ability to regenerate into a completely functioning clone. S-ranked technique will still be able to completely obliterate a clone under such influence.
Name: Desert Plague Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: The user will lace a sand element technique with their chakra upon activation. This requires the attack to require 1.5x more chakra to use. However, the technique itself will automatically carry the moisture draining effect of desert chakra.
Name: Desertification Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: This is a technique used to reduce large areas to a state similar to that of a desert. One will form the needed hand signs and press their hands to a jointed surface. Within a 30 meter radius of that surface, moisture will be released and evaporate, the ground will become cracked and brittle, all organic life that depends on the ground will be sapped of life and crumble.
Name: Drought Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Sand Description: This is a technique used to reduce large areas to a state similar to that of a desert. One will form the needed hand signs, but need no further cue. Within a 30 meter radius of the user, the air will be sapped of moisture, forced to evaporate by the technique and thus left incredibly dry and arid; making it difficult to breathe and almost impossible to use water based techniques.

| History:A long time ago, in the middle of a fierce sandstorm in Sunagakure, a pregnant woman entered the village’s hospital. She fell to the ground in front of the door, and the nurses rushed to carry her to the emergency room. There she managed to tell her name to the nurses, saying that she was named Yukiku Aka. The doctor came in and examined her, announcing at the end of his examination that they had to hurry to save her child for she was dangerously close to dying and taking the child with her. The women was rushed into the operating room, the operation was performed, and several hours later an oddly thin baby lay curled up in a nurse’s arms. A surprise awaited the doctors as to the baby: upon examining him, the baby was discovered to have a huge amount of chakra, and it was clear that he would die from it in a matter of weeks. The Kazekage was alerted to this problem, and he assigned the village’s most skilled Weaponry and Medical specialists with the job of making an object to suppress the baby’s chakra. The feat was accomplished just in time, and a special device in the form of an eye patch was placed on the child’s left eye. The medics were informed of the function and consequences of the device as well as its name, the Chakra Reducing Eye Patch, or CREP for short. Now, with no one to claim the baby, the baby was taken to the village orphanage. Upon being questioned by the orphanage heads as to the child’s name, the medics simply shrugged and left it to them. After a little discussion among the heads, a suggestion came to call the boy Kansou, and the motion was passed. Since then, little Kansou grew up in the Sunagakure orphanage without any knowledge of his parents, like most of the children around him; however, unlike most of the children around him, he was warned not to take off his eye patch or he would die. Kansou had tried this many times, for having a child’s mind meant that he did not understand the importance of the CREP. He was always caught, fortunately, and punished greatly for it. The years went by and Kansou grew older, turning from a baby to a young child. It was not, suffice to say, a particularly happy childhood. Having been born with a particularly lanky frame and being forced to wear an eye patch at all times, Kansou was always the center of jokes and mockery, always being called “The Sticky Pirate”. Obviously, it annoyed him greatly, and rather than feel ashamed and embarrassed by all the mockery, Kansou held his head high and simply gave an expression of amusement to it all, glad that he wasn’t as common as the children around him, that he was “unique”. It was not only Kansou’s appearance that made him different, but the fact that he was abominably strong. At the age of 6, Kansou ran into a ninja training alone whilst strolling through the village on his own. The sight of the ninja pulling off moves that seemed supernatural to Kansou spurred the desire in his heart to become a ninja as well, and a powerful one at that. He wasted next to no time in asking the head of his orphanage if he could join the Academy. After much debate on the matter, the orphanage head agreed to Kansou’s request, and he was enrolled into the Academy at the age of 7. At the Academy, Kansou was intrigued by the children around him, seeing how they all were extremely similar to his own fellow orphans. Upon taking his first step into the Academy hall, Kansou was immediately cornered by a group of bullies, who seemed to believe him extremely weak because of his stature and mocked him about his eye patch, calling him various names similar to the one his fellow orphans had named him. Kansou calmly waited for the bullies to finish their words, a look of amusement on his face that made him look less human. The bullies, irritated by Kansou’s relaxed attitude, prepared to do what they did best, but the next thing they knew was that they had been beaten to a pulp by Kansou’s strength. From then on, Kansou gained a little respect and plenty of fear from others because of his inhuman strength. Fate was in favor of him as well, as he proved to be a particularly talented boy with great potential at being a ninja. Despite this, he was not that popular due to his personality, and he therefore spent his free time alone, practicing the things he was taught at the Academy, trying to improve them as best as he could. Five years of studying and practicing passed in what appeared to be a blink of an eye, and Kansou found himself facing the Graduation Exams of the Academy, which he managed to pass, though not with exceptional marks. At the age of 12, Kansou had successfully passed the Academy Graduation Exams and had become a Genin. Though nearing his teen years, Kansou had still not been adopted, something which he regarded as unimportant, not really understanding the concept of a life companion. Like all Genin, Kansou was assigned to a team by the Kazekage, and he began his life as a ninja with them, performing various missions ranging from retrieving lost items to cleaning garbage. As the days progressed, Kansou and his team were assigned to more and more difficult missions. Kansou did not get on particularly well with his teammates; as a matter of fact his teammates ganged up on him due to his personality and the jealousy of his techniques, and he likewise harbored a great dislike for them and attitude to him. This in turn led him to be even more cruel and violent to his teammates. The only person Kansou managed to have a shred of respect for was his Sensei, a man named Raito, who seemed to have taken a liking for Kansou. Raito would help Kansou train when requested, teaching him various skills that complemented Kansou’s own skills, helping him become an even stronger and skilled ninja than he was at the time. Kansou’s growth was exceptionally great, and this was noticed by the Kazekage and the village elders. It was with this that Kansou was recommend for the Chuunin Exams by his Sensei, and he accepted the recommendation gladly. Having entered the Chuunin Exams, Kansou found the Written Test quite easy, with the result of him passing the First Test and progressing to the Second Test, which consisted of an obstacle course. Here, Kansou faced a little difficulty, but even this test was a passable one. And pass it he did. The Third and Final Test approached after that, and this one was a Tournament. Kansou’s first fight ended without a hitch, with him defeating his opponent with minor scratches. In the Second Round, Kansou found achieving victory a difficult feat; however he managed to chalk up a spectacularly anti-climatic win, with the result of him passing onto the Final Round. Here, Kansou fought the most difficult battle he had fought so far, and the strength and skill of his opponent proved too great for Kansou’s skills, resulting in Kansou losing the Final Round. Despite his loss, Kansou was nonetheless promoted to the rank of Sungakure Chuunin at the age of 14. As a Chuunin, Kansou’s life had definitely taken a turn in a different direction. No longer was he made to do simple every day errands for lazy villagers, no. He was now sent on more dangerous and challenging missions, missions that required him to use his skills to the best of his abilities, often facing life-and-death situations on a daily basis. His skills had improved even further, both his ninja and clan skills. By now, Kansou was obsessed with finding out more about his heritage. The questioning he had done from his clansmen about his mother was unsatisfactory; no one had ever seen her or heard of her before. A for his father, he knew even little about him, and wanted to find out about him even more. Whenever he visited a new area, he would ask anyone he met if they knew anything about a woman called Yukiko Aka, for after questioning the hospital he was born in about his mother he had learnt her name, and that was all he had to go with. Sadly, his questions went unanswered, and he was starting to lose hope. He did not want to know about his family for his heart, but for his pride, to know what kind of family he had come from. And so it happened, Kansou spent his Chuunin years brooding over his family, a natural thing for an orphan like him. Eventually though, he found something: Whilst on a mission to the Desert Country, Kansou ran into an old man who began calling the Chuunin by another name. After correcting the man, Kansou asked him whom he was confusing Kansou for. The man told him of his childhood friend Royaru Toushiro and that he looked exactly like Kansou. The man showed Kansou a photograph of Toushiro, and he was correct: the man in the picture was the spitting image of Kansou. Excited, Kansou took the picture from the man and began searching for Toushiro. At long last, he found him, and after disguising his appearance, he approached the man named Royaru Toushiro. Kansou spoke to Toushiro, which was easier considering the man was as drunk as a horse. The man talked, and told Kansou what he had guessed: that Royaru Toushiro was his father. Toushiro told Kansou how he had abandoned his wife because he had tired of her, and revealed that he was the lowest of scum. This infuriated Kansou, and he killed his father right there and then, burning the body so that no one could find it. Kansou then returned to Sunagakure, where he had his surname changed to “Sabaku”, as a reminder for him to forget his past. Many years later, Kansou, now a 21 year-old man, approached the Kazekage and asked him to permit Kansou to leave the village to train. The response was in the positive, and Kansou packed his possessions and set out for a mountain range for some secluded and private training. There, he trained his body to its limit, braving harsh weather and training vigorously for hours on end. Several years passed, and Kansou’s training came to an end. He could feel the difference in power from his training, and loved it. Four years later, Kansou began his journey back home, and on the way he received a letter from a hawk from Sunagakure with a letter addressed to him. Upon reading it, Kansou’s smile had widened. Shibito had survived Kazuto’s attack, which the latter was pleased to see. He wouldn’t want to be held responsible for severely wounding a fellow shinobi of Konoha, the resulting events would be far too tiresome to deal with. Shibito had leaped out of the ground and into a tree, thereby saving himself from being broken apart. His puppet, on the other hand, didn’t seem to be as lucky: its arms seemed to be incapable of connecting back to its body, something which Shibito attempted to do after praising Kazuto’s previous move. Kazuto’s mouth formed into a half-grin as his Tsuchi Bunshin landed beside him. He had managed to damage Shibito’s puppet, not exactly his aim, but still, it was good enough.
Kazuto’s grip on his kunai tightened and the Tsuchi Bunshin beside him did the same. He had gotten Shibito out from his hidey-hole, now all he had to do was render him useless. It would be a much easier job considering he was a puppet and not organic. Slicing of a limb shouldn’t cause him any pain. He could repair himself anytime. Kazuto smirked as these thoughts passed through his mind. Really, his personality surprised even him sometimes.
All of a sudden, Shibito and his puppet had lunged at Kazuto and his Tsuchi Bunshin and were now surrounding the, if you could call it surrounding. Kazuto glanced around, grinning. "I suppose you’re going to try something comical like sticking a senbon up my butt?" he mocked, turning to face Shibito as his Tsuchi Bunshin turned to face the puppet. All of a sudden, a dark purple cloud of gas began to issue from both Shibito’s and the puppet’s mouths. Kazuto, not waiting to see what type of gas it was, reached instinctively into his kunai pouch and extracted a small breathing apparatus which he called the Breath Mask and placed it onto his face in front of his mouth and nose. Whatever effect the gas had, it clearly had to be inhaled for those effects to occur, but if Kazuto wasn’t breathing from the air, he was safe. His Tsuchi Bunshin, having done the same thing he had done, once again copied his original by using Doton no Jutsu to retreat underground just as a barrage of needles whizzed past their heads from Shibito’s direction. The cloud of gas engulfing Kazuto and his Bunshin would no doubt mean that their descent into the earth would go unnoticed by Shibito.
Both Kazutos, now underground, then began their move. The Tsuchi Bunshin headed for the spot where the puppet would most likely be. He would get underneath it and would then extend his hands out of the ground and place a few explosive tags on its legs. Almost immediately it would denote them to cause an explosion that would surely break the puppet apart as well as destroy the Tsuchi Bunshin in the process. The cloud of gas between Shibito and his puppet should make it nearly impossible for Shibito to see this, and anyways even if he could see his puppet, he wouldn’t have time to react due to the real Kazuto’s actions.
And what was the real Kazuto doing you might ask? After heading for where he thought Shibito would be, Kazuto would proceed to get underneath Shibito, but he would not do what his Bunshin would do. No, he would then launch a two snakes from his arm that would erupt out of the ground from under Shibito’s feet and would bind him before he knew it. This distraction would ensure that Shibito would be too busy to save his puppet from exploding.
