Reminiscent of rolling waves hitting the golden sand, Axels’ eyes stare out at the world admist a splattering of wild midnight hair. From under the shadows of his hair, his features gradually emerge and begin to fill out the rest of his face. A whitish skin tone stretches over his cheeks, leaving peach shadows to darken the fine contours of his nose and neck. Twin piercings sit one below the other across the bridge of his nose. The glinting silver adding a gleam of life to the otherwise deathly, almost corpse-like glow of his pale face. Reminding the world of his vampiristic nature. Moving further on down, naturally pursed lips lose their drained colour and replace it with a darker shade of peach. Very similar to the previously mentioned shadows that wind their way around his oceanic blue eyes, past the silver studded nose, split at his sloping cheeks and eventually join together again underneath the overhang of his jawbone. Forming a slenderly built neck, criss-crossed with thousands upon millions of tiny blue veins, only faintly visible in the shadows as they spiral downwards towards his chest, and his beating heart.
On his chest the material of a of a plain white tee hugs close to his stomach. Though nothing special, Axels likes the way the sleeves fall over his hands, the feel of the material against his skin oddly comforting. A chequered scarf hangs round the rounded neck of the shirt, covering most of the wearers’ chest with its shaded red squares and dark red tassels. In terms of trousers he wears skinny-fitted jeans, dark washed denim stretching from waist to foot, a silver chain dangling down towards the area of the upper knee. At the bottom the jeans are turned up a little to reveal a lighter shade. Stopping them from falling over his shoes they would inevitably be torn and muddied as well as causing the unwanted side effect of tripping him up whenever he moved too fast. The footwear currently in question takes the form of an old, worn pair of canvas shoes. Mostly red with white soles and laces. The undersides understandable caked with dirt and grit, trapped in the muddied grooves.

Personality: Unpredictable and spontaneous, it’s hard to tell how Axel is feeling, no matter how close someone claims to be to him. One moment he could be quiet and withdrawn and the next he could be screaming and thrashing around. He’s the sort of person who has “mixed” feelings, maybe even a split personality could be crawling around just below the surface…The truth is, its hard to understand him and all but a few friends will find it hard to be around him. If he has to have a downfall then it would be his indecisiveness. No matter how tiny or how huge. If you asked him what he wanted on his toast: jam or Marmite, then he’d spend at least a minute pondering over it. Because of this aversion to making choices, he prefers others to do the decision-making. Rebellion is another big thing. If someone tells him to do something that goes against what he thinks should be done then he won’t do it. He hates being ordered around as well, the idea that one person can force others to do things they don’t want to do is unbelievable to him. But if for some reason the person being ordered is willing to accept it then there’s nothing that he sees he can do. In a fight he doesn’t worry too much about getting points for being fair, his objective is to put the victim in more pain then their putting him in. A trait that gives a reminder to everyone around him that he is a vampire, and he does feed on human blood. If massive amounts of blood somehow appear in his sight he’ll lose control of his mind and go into a frenzy where his only aim is to feed on as much blood as possible. Even friends aren’t safe when his vampire nature takes over, anything in his reach will be attacked. Oblivious to its size or strength. Because he knows that he could hurt them without realising it, he cares about his friends and the ones he loves. Often becoming paranoid that they’ll be hurt or killed. All of it piling up and causing his own version of the image of the angel and the devil.

In the far north of Water Country a new bloodline emerged. From amongst the bloody battles fought during the civil wars came a bloodline known as Ketsueki. Though only recently formed, it took a matter of weeks for that single letter to become the most infamous the north had ever seen. The Ketsueki’s kekkai genkai quickly fanned the flames of the ancient horror stories and folk tales that had been told for generation after generation. The stories of "The Vampires Of The North". Mothers would tell them at night to terrify children into behaving, soldiers fighting in the civil wars would bring reports of humans feeding on the corpses that littered the battlefields. A hushed silence would fall over a room every time that letter was mentioned, and each person within hearing distance would freeze and let their heart pound in their chest, fearing that they were only metres away from a vampire. It was almost the worst time for something like this to happen, with wars raging in every part of the country, and people being scared into believing the most outlandish things…a bloodline of vampires inevitably flooded the north with torrents of fear and suspicion.

Growth:

Over the next few generations the Ketsueki steadily began to grow. Slowly but surely monopolizing the entire north, whilst remaining practically unheard of in Kirikagure and the south. People died soundlessly in their sleep, many cremated or buried without anyone noticing the twin marks on their jugular vein. Very rarely the sheets would be saturated with blood. The Ketsueki could drain a person dry with spilling as much as a drop. Most of the strong bloodlines tended to be based around the capital, those in the north were small, and more importantly: weak. Easy targets for the fangs of the Ketsueki. One hundred years after they first arose into the public eye, the Ketsueki had managed to kill off almost a quarter of the competition. Three entire clans had gone without a trace. Obviously this caused the more major ones to become wary, fearing that they too would become victims of the vampires. Before they went to bed people locked their doors and bolted their windows, desperate to protect themselves. It didn’t work, in the morning the doors would always be found splintered on their hinges, glass scattered across the floor from where the windows had been shattered. And each and everytime the victims bedrooms would be flooded with blood. It became clear that the Ketsueki were trying to make themselves known, instilling bouts of fear wherever they could. It would take another one hundred years before the people would get their revenge, but until then they were to live their lives inside a horror story, scenes from a five-year olds nightmare played out every night across the region. To go out past midnight was regarded as suicide, those who decided to ignore the begging of their families were found at dawn, often with their faces still twisted in surprise.

Bloodline Massacres:

After the civil wars died down, much of Water Country was left in poverty, thousands left starving. The government was too poor to help, fearing another rebellion they started blaming the bloodlines for all their troubles. The conspiracy spread like wild fire, within days clans were being massacred across the entire country. Most bloodlines either fled or hid, concealing their abilities to avoid being killed. Running away was not in the Ketsueki's nature, instead they fought back in a hail of bloodied pillows and trashed bedrooms. The amount of people dying in their sleep rose to even greater heights, and so did the violent nature of the attacks. Blood would be found in huge splashings of crimsons, up the walls, bordering the smashed glass…There would be little left of the victims sheets that retain their original colour, painted a gory shade of red by their owners death. Despite their reputation the ruthlessness of the Ketsueki was drastically underestimated, military groups who attempted to storm Ketsueki houses were violently killed. Ancient folk tales resurfaced and entire towns were said to be flooded with the blood of people who had stupidly tried to attack the vampires. Fighting in the North died down after a while, if not in the South as well; thirty vampires dead, hundreds of citizens dead beside them. The casualties were honored and buried regardless of their species, human and Ketsueki side by side in their graves. More stories for the next generation, human and vampire alike.

Description: The art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Tree Climbing Training helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

Description: A variation on the Act of Tree Climbing, the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.

Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby

Kenjutsu:

Name: Xuui & Zuui
Looks: The gleaming steel of the blades makes up the bulk of the swords full 5'1" length; the design echoes the head cleaving swords given to the Seven Swordsman Of The Mist. The hilt is in the shape of a cross and made out of pure bronze it gives of an dull shine. Beneath the shining bronze of the cross; the hilt is wrapped in dark cloth, comforting to touch and adding that little extra grip that will allways prove useful in combat. To prevent the event of disarment during battle, two chains have been attached to the bottom of the swords. Each chain is 30cm long and is meant to be wrapped around the weilders forearm to prevent the fore mentioned event of disarment.

Origin: Unlike most weapons that are floating around in the Naruto world Xuui & Zuui have no special origins each sword is an identical make of an expensive brand that Axel happened to pick up from two independant weapons shops in Kirikagure. Before that they may have been made in unique circumstances but any document of that is unkown to both seller and buyer.

Sunlight streamed through the blinds behind him, bathing the wooden slats with a dazzling orange glow. A fan whirred lazily on the ceiling but it gave no relief from the sweltering heat that had entered the stuffy cafe. In front of him sat a bowl of half-eaten ramen; lumps of tofu had been perched on the top like miniature gargoyles, cold, chewy miniature gargoyles. The heat had started to make him feel sick and the frigid food sitting before him did little to improve his appetite. A waitress came over to the table looking at him with sympathy in her eyes. Axel nodded and she removed the food from his table. Axel watched as she carried the bowl over to the kitchen, weaving between tables filled with hungry customers. He couldn’t help noticing how half of them were horribly overweight; the way they shoved oversized platefuls of food into their undersized mouths made him gag. Nearest to him was a boy who could have hidden the entire table under the folds in his stomach. He was cramming chicken into his mouth with podgy finger; letting his seven chins wobble like jelly. Axel gagged so hard he thought his heart was forcing its way up through his throat. Worse still the boy had fragments of meat tumbling over his bulbous chest. Vegetarian Axel almost fainted. “ Will you be leaving now?” asked an unexpected voice, snapping him out of his disgusted trance. “Huh?” he replied shakily. “ As much as I’d love to let you eat for free I have kids at home. Any tips from the nice boy?” The waitress held out her hand with pleading eyes. Axels fumbled with his pockets, searching for the jingle of coins he knew he had down there. Eventually his fist closed around a lump of Yen. “That enough?” he asked. Depositing the few coins he had left in the waitress’s impatient hand. “ That’ll do, have a nice day”. She smiled, but it was forced. Out of the corner of his eye he could still see the elephant boy thrusting the remnants of an entire bird into his gaping hole of a mouth. As much as he’d have loved to make a sarcastic comment about dieting, Axel kept his mouth shut and downed the remaining drop of liquid sloshing around at the bottom of his glass. The originally warm drink had gone as cold has his ramen and it came straight back up as soon as it hit his churning stomach. A few tables away the waitress sighed and made her way over to the pasty looking boy at table six. “I thought you said you were leaving?” she droned with intended rudeness. From under the upturned glass Axel looked back at her with intended begging. She sighed for a second time “ Okay, go. Leave a poor old woman to clean up your mess”. A silent thank you passed Axel’s lips and then he was gone, leaving a sickly smell and a swaying chair as he leapt for the café door.

It is not clear what Vampiric tendancies consists of. Is it just fangs and a large chakra reserves?

You have wind and water as your elements, yet no jutsu for this, i suggest adding some... also add the Clone Jutsu for Basics.....
that should be good after you done that.
Then make a clan app for your clan.
and a weapons app for your weapons.

All Water and Wind jutsu I've had on other sites have been at least B rank; so I'll add them in once I advance to Chuunin and clone jutsu is being added in at this very moment. Anything else?
