| Name: Sy'ris Taiyou Age: 21 Gender: Male Village: Sunagakure Rank: TO BE ANNOUNCED Physical Appearance: Sy'ris is a 6'2, 175lbs, black haired, black eyed (technically brown, but so dark it isn't noticeable at longer ranges) shinobi. His skin is an even 'milk chocolate' tone. Even though in battle situation he is not completely shrouded, he usually keeps himself covered by any variety of tribal veils and shrouds.The shrouds are usually some pattern of aqua-marine, teal, amber or bronze color, as they are the traditional colors of his people. His body is covered with one of two outfits at any one time. Either a long sleeved darker 'robe' like garb, or a tighter fitting sleeveless garb with a medium sized drape resembling a cape. Under the original layer of clothing is a thin yet durable boar leather layer for protection and comfort. This same material lays under his burnt orange pants down to the knee, but not over the joint, as to not hinder motion. About his hips, holding up his belt is a utility belt of sorts; holding up his pants while providing six frontal pockets for weapons/seals/scrolls. His shoes are composed of Leather boots, re-enforced with ironclad plating. Personality: Sy'ris is pretty down to earth. He has the tendency to not be too attached to any one thing and even if he misplaces something or makes mistakes of some sort he is quick to get over them. On other hand, if he gets something right or achieves a goal of some sort he doesn't get too excited. It's best to say that he has a high emotional threshold. He is however, confident in his own ability and has a rather positive attitude, although he doesn’t expect much of those around him. He is often seen over analyzing peoples actions or words simply for his own entertainment and is almost annoying in the fact that he attempts to break people down and categories them in his head as a certain mental 'type'. He is very competitive however, and will take any situation seriously if there is a chance that he might be out done in some way. Because of this competitive streak, he has lived by the rule 'To be good at everything you do, only do what your good at'. Thus if he doesn't excel in some aspect of his life, he most likely abandons it as a lost cause. His ultimate goal is to become perfectly mentally stable, without any hang ups or defenses, with a clear view of himself consciously, and with a positive attitude to top it all off. In a battle situation, he generally keeps his cool, and unlike the average sadistic fighter, looks for the most convient and logical solution to each individual problem. Even when he is annoyed or in a tight spot, he will keep his thoughts to himself, and mainly shows any mal emotion as sarastic comments or facial tweeks. He is always curious to find original, sometimes tricky situations or jutsu, as he enjoys the challenge of working his way out of them. Even with his compeditive spirit, he will more then likely keep his own personal feeling or even moral aside for the most logical decisions for himself and his situation. Element: Fire(Katon), Lightning(Fuuton) Weapon of Choice:Name: Mirror Shield Appearance: Special Abilities: The mirror sheild can take blows from 'C' ranked and down elemental attacks. It can even reflect those elemental attack , or chakra itself 'C' rank and down that deal with energy forms, such as pure chakra, lightning, fire, and wind based attacks. Name: Twilight Blade Appearance: Special Abilities: The sword is crafted from pure light energy by an ancient unknown method. Thus, the sword can be restored if broken simply by generating light element chakra through the blade. Origin: Both the Twilight Blade and Mirror sheild were formed and crafted from in the ancient civilization in the far south of the now desert Wind Country. The Mirror sheild was found by Sy'ris himself, and was stripped from his as law of his clan, however, upon becoming ????? it was given to him as a gift, along with the twilight blade, which was a prized treasure of the clan, because it was made from a substance of solidified sun energy. They were both gifts of the clan to show their support in his later quests, along with congradulate him on his great accomplishments. Fighting Type: Ninjutsu, Fuuinjutsu(Subject to change) Background:Child Arc: Sy'ris was born into the Taiyou clan on the Seventh day of the Sixth month. At a healthy nine pounds six ounces, he was quite an addition to the clan. He was brought up to respect the land, for it was the land that was believe to form the balance that allowed existance to continue. Sy'ris was born into the main branch of the clan, and was thus a candidate to become a leader of the clan in the future. Because of this, his parents, and the elders put alot of passion into making sure Sy'ris was to be taught the most not only the procedures of a leader, but also that of their own culture and traditions. He was always being made to do busy work, whether it be writing and copying stories and lessons, or studying the difference of jasmine and chamomille tea, he was raised in a very disapline environment. However, it was the very fact that he seemed so restricted that feuled his curiosities. He often heard about the shinobi world, and the adventures and abilities of great shinobi. While under the eye of his parents, he studied, he played imaginary games where he was the hero saving others from danger as a great ninja. Still a child, he had the chance to travel outside of the clan village to the heart of Sunagakure, where he took in all that he saw with much excitement and anticipation. Against the best wishes of his mother, he enrolled in the academy. His father exclaimed that he must be strong if he ever wished to lead the clan and Sy'ris, only eight, was more then ready to take on such a challenge. Academy arc: Though he was younger then most of the students, he strive to stay caught up with the rest of the pack. They were all much stronger then him ( on little kid terms of course) and thus he began using his feet for the majority of his combat training, where he had the most range. This was the start of a trend that would stick with him through his years of development. As two years passed, Sy'ris, ten years old, had mastered the very same basic jutsu and techniques that many of the older kids had. Infact, when given his test, his mastry was so impressive, that they passed him in spite of his shorter size and younger age. At ten, he became a Genin. Genin arc: Sy'ris spent another two years before as a Genin. His mother forbide him from entering the Chunnin exams so young, and thus for those two years he was stuck with odd jobs and 'E' rank missions about village. However, he now had a chance to do things on his own, and it was more then exciting to find that he could get paided to accomplish these small missions. Also during these two years, he was bogged down with all sorts of responcibilities placed on him by his clan, many with the intensions of keeping him out of harms way, and to shield him from the harsh realities of the shinobi world, if only for awhile at least. During such small adventures, he learned about the ' Eye of Ra' and upon questioning its existance, discovered that it was appart of the clan Kekkei Genkai. His own father taught him how to release it, and upon doing so, he became obsessed with what else he could accomplish; as he had never experience anything so powerful to that point. Behind closed doors, his father taught him to start harnessing his first element, lightning, which with the Doujutsu of the clan, started showing signs of developing into the advanced element, however, unable to master the second half of the element, he was forced to be patient. At twelve years of age, under the direction of the village, he escaped from the clan long enough to enter the Chunnin exams. Of course, his mother was mortified when she discovered this and chased after him. By the time she arrived at the Chunnin exams however, he had already made it to the tournment rounds all his own. The judges were most impressed with the development of the 'eye of ra' and suprised when he beat a genjutsu user simply by the fact that the eye of Ra prevented them. His improvised legs only form of taijutsu was also taken into consideration. But his age was a major factor. It was only when they noticed that he had somehow pulled off a second element technique, a fire jutsu, that he was considered worthy of chunnin status. His father was shocked to see that he could pull off a fire based justu, especially when he had only shown him the technique as an example, not actually taught it too him. It would seem as though either he had trained on his own, or at that very moment, he had taught himself to preform such a technique. His mother was mortified still that his father was the one that had been training him! However, she was soon quelled, as she fainted during the final battle. Sy'ris eventually lost, but was still promoted to chunnin state, even at the age of tweleve. Chunnin arc: Sy'ris spent three years as a chunnin. The first was spent basically becoming formiliar with the new style, the Light element. His father continued to train him for about three month, however his mother basically threaten to divorce his father should she continue to teach his son. At this stage, it was too late. Though he was no longer taught by his father, he had learned enough of the basics to start improvising and even begin crafting jutsu of his own. Coupled with a good study habit, he literally applied physics and chemistry to his jutsu. With knowledge of how an element SHOULD work, and the potencial for further development of the technique, Sy'ris steady began to master the elment of his people. Upon further use of his clan's Kkg, he stumbled upon the second stage of the 'Eye of Ra' and even further abilities were unlocked to him. The second year was actual active duty, where his status was put to the test, however, even only at fourteen, he was able to accomplish the majority of what was needed of him, even able to lead a few smaller scale missions on his own. His resume was very impressive to that point. The last year of his chunnin days was basically spent being taught the procedures for the third stage of the eye of raw. Though it was normally saved for Jounin and higher rankings, the elders thought that he had enough skill and control to begin mastering the third level as a chunnin. This wasn't exactly easy for him, and didn't come as naturally as he thought. There were many psychological aspects to this third eye, the final normal stage of the Kkg, that he was unable to master at his current level. Though an entire year of training and missions passed, he still couldn't master the third level of the 'eye of raw'. However, his progress was noticable, not only to those in his clan but also to Sunagakure officials, and he was given the rank of Jounin, after completing his fifth 'A' rank mission. Jounin Arc: As a Jounin, the mission load increased, and so did their difficulty. He released that he was very naive; as the mission were much less merciful. He watched people sacrifice their morals, or even their humanity, in order complete what they thought was their objective. His personality grew a bit with this, his own morals challenged. However he was steadfast to his beliefs and logical as he was, could bring any tight situation around to his side, even if it was an ally making the situation complicated. At a point during a mission, not only his own life, but the life of a fellow Jounin was at stake. In this situation, either he would die, or his ally would. He attmpted to save both himself and his ally, and only narrowly escaped as the third stage of the eye was unlocked! With this great new power, not only did he have the advantage over his opponents, but also had an edge over his fellow ninja. Upon discovering that he had reached this milestone, he now became a leading official in his own clan, only 15 years of age. This was very uncommon, and because of this, he was basically put on a standbye phase, where they restricted him only because of his age. He would have to wait anothe year, until he was 16, to have any real say in the affairs of the clan. However, his sixteenth birthday was to be another milestone, as not only was he to be given rank in his clan, he was also in a pool of ninja put in place known as the 'reaper-nin'. These were hunter-nin that were to hunt down criminals and also act as the body guards for important peoples, one of which being the Kazekage; for he had obtained alot of attention thanks to the abilities of his doujutsu and Kkg combined. Thanks to his blessings and the hard work he had put in to this point, he earned a spot as one of the original Reaper-nin, however as of now it was a secret organization, unlike Konoha's ANBU black-ops, which were more or less public knowledge that they existed. Reaper-nin Arc: At the time, Reaper-nin were just considered Jounin+ ninja that could become hunter-nin as well. Seeing as though he went back and forth from these status, they were only used for A-rank and higher missions. Suprisingly, he had alot of free time on his hands. This time was taken by clan matters, and one of these matters were clan missions to the south; the old civilization in which the clan originated. Here, only the slightest view of the ruins still exist, but under the layers of sand, layed lost treasures. Every month, a trip was organized to search the ruins, and uncover the sand for these treasures. A week long trip where to the ruins of the Spirit temple, which was only recently discovered, would be the one that Sy'ris was taking part in. There, many active traps and and puzzles still within the temple. While no one was hurt, Sy'ris came upon an old room of the mystics. A spirit came upon him. After a battle with the spirit, the spirit cut a deal with him. The spirit Temple was one of the many links between the underworld and the living world. If he gave Sy'ris an ancient artifact, then him and the members of the clan would leave and not return to the temple. Sy'ris agreed to this, and was gifted the Mirror shield. As Sy'ris ordered everyone to exacuate, the sands that surrounded the temple shifted about walls, and swallowed it into the desert. The mirror sheild itself had many powerful properties that he slowly learned of from his experiences. However, it was made a big deal if Sy'ris could keep the shield, as it was a still an old artifact, and was to be perserved within the clan, not used on the field of battle. After many arguements and deliberation, the shield was stripped from Sy'ris. However, he had no time to fight against such a movement, as his reaper-nin responcibilities kicked in. He became one of the Body Guard's of the Kazekage. During this time, he was actually considered quite a success in his clan. The head elder, the only one to have the final complete stage of the eye of Ra. He took Sy'ris through the trials, where he was able to defeat the guardian that kept the eyes final form locked. There, he obtained the final form, and as he woke from his trial, he became the next in line to lead the clan. ???More Coming soon??? ????????? Arc: ????Coming soon???? | Clan Name: Taiyou Clan Kekei Genkai: The Taiyou clan comes with two major abilities that make up it's great potencial. The main ability comes in the form of a Doujutsu. This eye technique has three seperate stages and a fourth 'master' stage. It is known as the 'Eyes of Horus' . With it come many abilities that require the eye's activation, along with supplementary effects that both increase the ability of the user and safeguard the user from annoying effects. Belonging to the Taiyou Clan yeilds that the user can harness the 'Light' element, one that is a combination of both Fire and Lightning elements. Thus, in order to have the Kekkei Genkai of the clan, you must belong to the clan, and have your main and sub elements be Fire and Lightning. Stage One: In stage one, the use gains the target eye. It sharpens ones eye sight to the level of a hawk. It also comes with the supplementary ability that prevents genjutsu 'C' rank and down from effecting ones self. Also, it is possible to sense when a jutsu is being cast, how powerful is, and what element it consists of, if necessary. Stage Two: This is known as the Altering eye. With it, one can manipulate light element chakra without the use of hand signs. Along with the changes of the original eye, the second stage allows the the supplementary effect that protects them from 'B' rank and down genjutsu, and also allows them to nullify 'C' rank and down Fuuinjutsu. Stage Three: Known as the Guiding eye. The third stage unlocks the ability to almost completely channel and manipulate Light element chakra. One also gains the ability to see through the eyes of others, and can even nullify the effects of other Doujutsu of their own rank and lower. They are thus immune to A-rank genjutsu, can nullify B-rank Fuuinjutsu, and also gain an immunity to C-rank and down Poisons, both inhaled and liquid in form. Stage Four: This form is known as the Rendering eye. It's activation is considered 'S' rank and is almost impossible to accomplish. The supplementary effects are even greater; genjutsu will not effect the user, nor can the user be bonded to the effcts of Fuuinjutsu. 'B' rank and down poisons will fail to work, and along with the ability to see from other perspectives, one can also see through solid objects. There is a single 'S' rank technique that is accompy with the eyes activation, which has the ability to literally, perminantly, blind the opponent. Obtaining the stages of seperate stages: Stage 1: Possible to access by all ranks. Stage 2: The second stage requires that the user be Chuunin. They must accomplish it via training in an 'RP' format, 1000 words. Stage 3: The third stage requires that the user be Jounin or greater in level. They must get permission for use from clan leader. After, they may accomlish it via training in an 'RP' format, 2000 words Stage 4: The fourth stage can be reached after the third stage has been reached. However, it can only past on by someone who already has the fourth stage. In the RP, one is locked in his or her subconcious by the one teaching them to unlock the fourth stage. There, they must face their the one who guards the power of Horus. This one is known as Anubis; a large statue of a being that is seemingly made of stone with the head of a jackal and the body of a man. In the battle, they must defeat the Jackal without the use chakra, as it will be locked. If the Jackal defeats the user in their subconcious, they will literally be stuck in their own subconcious, in a comma. If they can defeat the Jackal, the fourth stage will be unlocked. Clan History: The Taiyou (Literally translated to Sun) was said to be the decedents of the ancient mythological egyptian gods. Thus their way of life mildly reflects the old traditions, styles, etc., of the egyptians. Their doujutsu, while no one is sure of it's true orgin, has a mythological story behind it as well: During this famous battle over the inheritance of Osiris, Seth steals the (left) eye of Horus, damages it, and divides it into six parts. Thoth (with the help of other gods) later restores it "with his fingers," and restores it to him. However, one of the six parts aren't found, and is replaced with a magic fragmnent before it is returned to Horus. As a result, they eye of Horus was passed down to each of his decedents, along with the powers it held. The Taiyou have existed in the farthest regions of wind country and moved upward as desertification drove them from their original home land. They settled in Sunagakure, claiming their own disrict in the south after the second great war. They are known as the guardians of the desert, and many ancient artifacts are recovered from the vast deserts by missions sponcered by the Taiyou clan. Secret Clan Jutsu: | |

| Light Element Techniques - Spoiler:
Name: Translucent Cloak Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Light Description: The user bends light so that individual rays of light can pass through objects. As a result, they will considered, 'invisible' as light doesn't reflect off of them. While the technique itself remains 'C' rank in orgin, it may require high amounts of chakra depending on the size of the object that is being made invisible and for how long. One can keep an object of their own mass or less invisible with ease, however it becomes harder as the mass increases. Name: Light Exile Technique Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Light Description: With the Light exile technique, the user literally manipulates an area via Light element chakra to remove and prevent light from entering the area. Thus, with in the area of effect (a maximum of 25meters radius) everything becomes pitch black. Those with in wont be able to see anything. Name: Light Illusions Clone Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: Light Description: As if a hologram, this form of clone is simply an illusion, made from light particles that take up the shape and color of the caster. They are technically not real, and thus any form of attack can pass through them. They are easily controlled, however, and will only fade when the user orders so. Thus, attacks, both physical and spiritual pass right through them, however they lack the ability to attack themselves, as they aren't physically real. Name: Light transformation jutsu Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: Light Description: With the light transformation jutsu, one can change the outward apparance of objects, or simply create skins/covers for objects. Thus they can make one object look like another, or simply create unreal objects, that are simply illusions of light. Unlike genjutsu, these are physical illusions and not mental ones. It becomes diffuicult however to maintain this on any different scales, so most efficent use is for small image manipulation. Name: Flash bang clone Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Light Description: Unlike an illusionary clone, Flash Bang clones are almost solid, as they are formed from concentrated light energy. They also cannot physically attack, or cast jutsu, however, they can interact with their physical environment and are bound by the laws of physics. If hit with a form of attack, they will 'explode' into light, which at close ranges can be blindingly bright. If one is cause in the range of such an explosion, they will be blinded for a single turns time. Name: Light Wall techniue Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Light Description: With this technique the user concentrates light element chakra into a thin wall. While the wall isn't impenetrable, small objects will be unable to pass through it. Also 'C' ranked and lower projectiles will be stopped. Any physical attacks that manage to pass through the light will not only be physically burned but will also suffer from electromagnetic shocks. Name: Light of Banishing Shadows Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Light Description: This is a technique that uses the ability of advanced elements to it's advantage. The user can compress light element chakra into their palm and by pressing their palm to a embedded seal lower then 'B' rank in orgin, can nullify the seal along with any negitive effects that would take place from removing it manuelly.
Sun Channeling Tech - Spoiler:
Name: Crashing Pillar of the sun Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Light Description: The user can channel rays of light from the sun with light element chakra. By amplifing not only the energy of the raws but also the concentration, one can create a powerful beam of light to come crashing down on the opponent. The beam of light accends form the sky like a beam and is about 10 meters in diameter. An opponent hit with such an attack would suffer increadible flesh burns, and the rays themselves can boil the liquids of the body. A direct hit is considered fatal. The original attack can be maintained, and the pillar moved about at the mercy of the user, however after the original casting, it can only be moved very slowly, and attempting to hold it for more then two posts at a time can result in usages of chakra equal to using the attack all over again in the first place. Name: Sun funneling technique Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Light Description: The user can channel rays of light from the sun with light element chakra. By increasing the concentration of the suns rays on an area, the user can dramatically increase the temperature in the area and scorch the earth in the process. While the heat isn't fatal at first, if one stays in the area of such heat for more then a post, they may very easily be burned, and even catch a-flame. The maximum area of effect is about 15 meters radius. Name: Chakra Photosynthesis Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Light Description: This technique has two different uses. The first is a boost to physical chakra, where the user, when in sunlight, can increase their speed and strenght 20% of that of their original. Whenever the user isn't in the sun, the technique will stop, and must be cast again before the effect takes place once more. The second is a more literal form of 'photosynthesis' where sunlight is gather along the skin and worked into the chakra system where it becomes useable chakra. One cannot attack during this process of transforming light into chakra, for doing so could be dangerous to the user; light energy that could be used wouldn't yet be chakra, and the effects would backfire. Up to 5% of ones full chakra can be recovered in this way at a time. Name: Solar Wave Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Light Description: The user will focus light at their palm, pulling it from around them. This process is made possible only when one is standing in direct sunlight. As a result of the sun being drawn into one point, the area around the user will begin to slowly growing darker. This process of sun energy gathering and concentration via light element chakra takes a single posts time, unless the user is standing within the area of of the 'Sun funneling technique' in which case they can use the Solar Wave technique basically at will, requiring little chakra to gather the sun's energy. After this, they can release a linear blast of energy at their opponent. Upon contact with anything, like laser, it can cause cutting burns ( like a welder's torch can cut metal) critical hits on the head or heart are often fatal. Direct hits elsewhere can cause major damage. Name: Focusing Light (Mirror Sheild) Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Light Description: Using the Mirror Sheild, they can reflect light off the from end, and focus beams into deadly, yet thin blasts of light. Simply by changing the angle of the shield, the beam can be refocused and re-aimed ( kind of like using a mirror on an ant ) The mirror's blast can catch the opponent on fire if focused on them, or burn through them is focused for long enough, making it potencialy deadly Name: Demon Mirror Clone (Mirror Sheild) Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Light Description: The demon mirror clone requires that the user have the mirror come up to the face of the opponent. Upon doing so, they can create a mirror clone of their opponent that will physically mimic any movements of the opponent. However, the Demon Mirror Clone has the intelligence enough to avoid damage as well, and will thus dodge techniques used against him. While it is impossible to mimic jutsu, the demon Mirror clone can perfectly counter the speed and strength of the opponent. Name: Mass Evaporation Rank: C-B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Light Description: With the mass evaporation, one can channel sun energy chakra toward a body of water. All of the energy is used to irritate the molecules of in the water by forcing energy into them. The combination of this and the heat generated will cause the water molecules to seperate quickly, causing water to evaporate in massive quantities. It's 'C' ranked form only involves small pools of water, however 'B' rank can evaporate several tons per post. If multiple posts are used to maintain this technique, an entire lake worth of water will be evaporated into clouds. Name: Sun Spotlight technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Light Description: With this jutsu, one can monitor an area of sun light. If anyone is under the sun, the user will be locate them. Thus, clones, both physical and illusions, will be identified. One also doesn't particularly need to see, as they can sense their opponent in the sunlight.
Lunar Channeling - Spoiler:
Name: Heavan Mirror Clone (Mirror Sheild) Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Light Description: The user must first capture their own image in the disk of the mirror shield, they can then create a physical copy of themselves in the form of a clone. The clone will be destroyed when the pain threshold is met. Like a shadow clone, one obtains all the information the clone gained while it existed, however, only one such clone can exist at a time. The clone can also use a single jutsu 'B' rank or lower. After the jutsu is used, the clone is broken. Name: Light Eclipse Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Light Description: Where moonlight illuminates an area, the user, with light element chakra, can manipulate moonlight to create shrouds of darkness ( or places where the moonlight isnt lighting up. In this way, they can cover movements, confuse and confound opponents or cover up attacks, to catch the opponent off guard. Name: Lunar clone technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Light Description: A Lunar clone is a clone made from moonlight, formed from light element chakra. These clones are physical clones, however, instead of surving an offensive purpose, they are used for defense. A single lunar clone can absorb a single 'C' ranked projectile attack before being broken. This is useful in situations where an attack would harm mulitple people; the clone will absorb the attack and the damage, protecting those around them. Name: Dance of the Lunar tide technique Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Light Description: This technique uses the properties of pull the moon has on the earth due to gravity. Thanks to the effect, water shifts about the earth due to the moons pull on the water. The water inside of the human body is also effected by the force of gravity. This mysterious force is also reflected in moonlight. The user gathers moonlight via light element chakra into their left or right palm. This process takes a single post's time (the prep for this technique can be the only technique for that turn). Afterward, almost like a psychic pull, the user can choose the attract the opponent toward them, or repel the opponent away from them. Name: Static Adehise technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Description: The user forms a static charge within the palm. Afterward, they can apply their palm to any earth surface. The opponent will feel a slight static buzz in their general area. If after the next post, they fail to move from their place, their feet, and any other part of their body that is in contact with the ground, will be stuck in place for three posts. Any other part of the body that touches the ground with in these three posts will also be stuck. Name: Volt Absorb Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Description: With this technique, one can not only nullify the effect of 'C' rank and down lightning elemental jutsu, but can also convert part of that electricity into useable chakra. Lightning is a form of energy which when nullified and drawn into the chakra system can be made converted into spirit energy. Of course, one who uses such a technique cannot attak until the process of converting electrcity into energy is complete. Name: Electromagnetic Paralysis Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Description: This technique uses the ability of subtle lightning element chakra transmissions to manipulate electro magnetic waves. In this way, they can literally tranmit lightning element chakra to their opponent. Once the electromagnetic waves come in contact with human flesh, they will cause the muscles of the body to contract. With the muscles locked in a contracted form, it is nearly impossible to move them and thus the opponent will be rendered paralysed for the duration of this technique, which will last for as long as the user holds the final hand sign. All that is required for this technique to be activated is that there be no physical objects between the user and his target to obstruct the electromagnetic waves. Name: Electricution Blow Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Description: The user beings electromagnetic waves about the right fist. In a doppler effect the waves build at the front of a swung punch and upon connecting, the waves expand outward at a rapid rate in the direction of the punch. Not only will it send the one hit flying back, any part of the body hit will be paralysed for four (4) posts time. If the opponent is struck in the chest, the entire body will be rendered limp. If the user strikes directly over the heart, it is posible that the heart itself will stop, instantly killing the target. Name: Raigeki breaker Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Description: The user builds lightning element chakra into two fingers; the index and middle fingers. They can then, by pointing the fingers at the opponent, release a linear bolt of lightning almost like firing lightning from a gun. Striking vital organs can be fatal, and none-fatal direct hits can puncture the body, often leaving parts of body numbed or paralysed.

If the blast of hot air comes in contact with any material that could be considered flamable, it will catch ablaze. Name: Stolen Warmth technique Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Description:This technique, though fire element in orgin, works in the opposite way that a fire technique would. By using fire element chakra, one can pull heat into ones hands from objects they are touching. Thus, it is possible to freeze objects by pulling the heat energy from it. The speed of this process depends on the specific heat of the object or fluid itself. Name: Enveloping Hell Flame Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Description: The user can use fire element chakra to manipulate existing flames. By forming the necessary hand signs, one can increase rates of the chemical exchanges that take place with oxygen, causing existing flames to burn much more rapidly. Name: Extinguishing Palm Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Description: With this technique, the user will cover the hands in fire element chakra. With it, they will be able to touch hot objects or even 'catch' flames. It is possible to block 'C' rank and down fire element techniques with ones hands with ease. It is also possible to decrease the damage/ force from 'B' rank techniques to up to 50%.

Name: Explosive Touch technique Rank: B Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: The user need only to form six hand signs to create the shaping necessary for this attack. The user must then be able to press their hand/palm to the opponent's body with minimum pressure ( as if a small push). The part of the body that the contact was made will become an artificial explosive tag, which will explode when activated. Name: Great Explosive Tag technique Rank: A Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: The user will formulate ten hand signs to form the shaping necessary for this attack. The Once the seal is formed, they must simply place their palm flat to the ground, where ones chakra will form the seal itself. The seal will make any surface an 'explosive tag' up to 10x the size of the average tag. (about 60 x 40 inches) It is activated the same way as any other tag, creating a massive explosions in the wake of the seal. Possibly fatal for any standing within the radius of the giant seal. Name: Settling Earth Seal Rank: B Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: The user will formulate six hand signs to form the shaping necessary for this attack. The Once the seal is formed, they must simply place their palm flat to the ground, where ones chakra will form the seal itself. While the seal is active, the ground within a 20meter radius of the sealw ill be sealed in position, unable to move. Not only can earth element jutsu not be cast on the ground within the radius, but the properties of the earth cannot be changed either. This technique can only be used once per thread.
Name: Desertification Seal Rank: B Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Description: The user will formulate six hand signs to form the shaping necessary for this attack. The Once the seal is formed, they must simply place their palm flat to the ground, where ones chakra will form the seal itself. For about 20 meters radius from the center of the seal, the seal will begin to absorb any moisture in contact with the ground. This includes water in the soil and vegetation. It takes two posts time from the casting for the area of effect to be completely drained of moisture. Vegetation attached to the ground will also be sapped of water, left brittle and limp. This technique can only be used once per thread.
Name: Air Lock Seal Rank: B Type: Fuuinjutsu Element:N/A Description: The user will formulate siz hand signs to form the shaping necessary for this attack. The Once the seal is formed, they must simply place their palm flat to the ground, where ones chakra will form the seal itself. The seal will lock shifts in pressure within a 20meter radius of the seal itself, preventing wind from existing inside the radius of the seal. This technique can only be used once per thread. Name: Lightning Rod Seal Rank: B Type: Fuuinjutsu Element:N/A Description: The user will formulate siz hand signs to form the shaping necessary for this attack. The Once the seal is formed, they must simply place their palm flat to an object, where ones chakra will form the seal itself. The seal will remain dormant, however, any lightning element technique that is used within ten meters of the seal will be drawn toward the seal itself, staying from it's normal path. Once the seal's effect is used, the seal will fade. Name: SinkHole Seal Rank: B Type: Fuuinjutsu Element:N/A Description: The user will formulate eight hand signs to form the shaping necessary for this attack. The Once the seal is formed, they must simply place their palm flat to an object, where ones chakra will form the seal itself. The seal will be dormant until activated. Once activated, the result will create a point, where the seal exists, that draws in all objects around it toward the center. If placed on earth, it will create a 'tornado', drawing wind and small objects toward it. If placed on a liquid of fliud surface, it will create a whirlpool of the substance (sand, mud, water, etc.,) Either way, the effect of sucking everything down lasts only two posts. The pull is only about twenty pounds of pressure, which is easy to be resisted on human standards, however, anything that falls into the sinkhole will be sealed within the ground at the point of the seal.
Name: Return to Oblivion: Enigma Seal Technique Rank: S Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: Light Description: The complete seal has seven layers to it, each layer locks another aspect of the opponent's Psyche in relation to their senses. The seal must first be created by the user, in which time, after twleve hand signs, the users hands will radiate light element chakra. (this will last until the application is complete, or the user attempts the next technique) Then, all the user must do to apply the seal is to make some sort of physical contact with his opponent. These seals ( with the exception of the final one) aren't perminant and will be released at the end of the thread or if the caster is knocked unconcious or killed. This is considered Stage one, if the opponent activates a jutsu, the second stage will activate. Stage two: When the second stage of the seal is formed, the user will be sealed with the 'Curse of Famone'. With this stage, the opponent will lose the ability to taste. If the opponent activates a jutsu, the third stage will activate. Stage three: When the third stage of the seal is formed, the user will be sealed with the 'Curse of Greed'. With this stage, the opponent will lose the ability to smell. If the opponent activates a jutsu, the fourth stage will activate. Stage four: When the fourth stage of the seal is formed, the user will be sealed with the 'Curse of Slander'. With this stage, the opponent will lose the ability to hear. If the opponent activates a jutsu, the fifth stage will activate. Stage five: When the fifth stage of the seal is formed, the user will be sealed with the 'Curse of Witness'. With this stage, the opponent will lose the ability to see. If the opponent actiaves a jutsu, the sixth stage will activate. Stage Six: When the sixth stage of the seal is formed, the user will be sealed with the 'Curse of the Theif'. With this stage, the opponent will lose the ability to feel, essencially going completely numb. If they can manage to activate another jutsu, the Seventh and final stage will be activated. Stage seven: When the final stage of the seal is completed, the user will fall unconcious and will be sealed within' their concious. Their body will fall into a coma, in which they will only be able to awake from if the one who casts the seal dies, or releases the seal manually.
Reaper-nin Tech - Spoiler:
Name: Anti-summon Blow Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is a technique used to cancel the bond created by a summoning technique. If this supplementary effect is active, then an attack hard enough to break the pain threshold will cause the summon to be 'un-summoned' essencially sending it back to where it was originally summmoned from. This is possible with any living summon. One needs only to touch non-living summons such as weapons and puppets for them to be 'unsummoned' in this way, however it is very possible for the opponent to simply summon their object back into play. Name: Deadly Summon technique Rank: B Type: Kenjutsu Element: N/A Description: The user need to form nine hand seals prior to activation. A space time technique specific to swords and based of the principles of the summoning technique. The basic idea is that the user summons a sword into his/her hand. This is like a normal weapons summons, however, it is done in range of an opponent so that the blade of the summon ends up being summoned though the opponent, as if placing the blade through their gut. This technique is close quarters only, can easily become deadly, and is hard to avoid, seeing as though the summoning processes is instant. Name: Breathing Filter technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: One can activate this supplementary effect at any time. The user focuses chakra at their chest, over the lungs so that when they breathe, the air is literally filtered by chakra. Poisions, smogs, or gasses in general that are harmful will no effect the user, and breathing in general will be more efficient. One can also maintain a single breathe longer, allowing them to hold their breathe for up to four minutes ( about eight posts) if need be in situations such as underwater. Name: Shadow step technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: The users body is lightly covered in an aura of chakra. The aura is meant to stablize the molecules around them to prevent vibrations and thus sound. While this technique is active, the users body will make no noise when interacting with the world around him. And can thus walk and other simple tasks, silently. Name: Phantom step technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: The user can literally build up chakra within the base of their feet. Upon coming to unsolid ground, or no ground at all, it is possible for the user to shape this chakra to make artificial ground to walk on that is released under the soul of the foot. The result is that the user may walk on air for two or three strides; enough to catch themselves if cause by a pitfall, or run over long gaps. It is also possible to jump in mid air, known commonly as a 'second jump'. Name: Phantom speach technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: As long as the user has eye contact with an individual, it is posible for the user to communicate to the target with thought alone. However, thoughts cannot be read, and the target must also have this ability to respond. Known commonly as 'one way telepathy.'

Name: Focusing Eye Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: The first stage of the 'Eye of Horus' sharpens ones eye sight to the level of a hawk. It also comes with the supplementary ability that prevents genjutsu 'C' rank and down from effecting ones self. LIke a sixth sense, it becomes possible to sense when a jutsu is being cast, and be able to precieve how powerful is, and even what forms of elements it consists of, if any. Name: Altering Eye Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: With the ability of the second stage 'Altering eye' unlocked and activated, one can manipulate light element chakra without the use of hand signs. Along with the changes of the Focusing eye, the second stage allows the the supplementary effect that protects them from 'B' rank and down genjutsu, and also allows them to nullify 'C' rank and down Fuuinjutsu, meaning that they will not be effected by the many locking effects of the seal itself. Name: Guiding Eye Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: When the third stage, the Guiding eye, is activated, it unlocks the ability to almost completely channel and manipulate Light element chakra. One also gains the ability to see through the eyes of others, and can even nullify the effects of other Doujutsu of their own rank and lower. They are thus immune to A-rank genjutsu, can nullify B-rank Fuuinjutsu, and also gain an immunity to C-rank and down Poisons, both inhaled and liquid in form. Name: Guiding Vision Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: THis is a technique that is only possible while in the third stage of the 'Eye of Horus' . With this technique, simply by looking into another persons eyes, can see from their eyes as well, giving them two points of view. Often times, this happens without the opponent being aware of it. Along with this effect, it is possible for the user to copy images into ones memory, as if a photographic memory. These images can then be mentally shared with others who are under the effect of the 'Guiding Vision' technique. In this way, it is possible to show others captured images of what they have seen. ( Like, your eyes becoming a digital camera! lol)
Name: Rendering Eye Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: With the Rendering eye, one gains the final transformation of the 'Eye of Horus' techniques. The left eye is known as the 'Eye of Thoth' and the right is known as the 'Eye of Ra' they each have their own seperate and deadly jutsu. The supplementary effects are even greater; genjutsu will not effect the user, nor can the user be bonded to the effects of Fuuinjutsu. 'B' rank and down poisons will fail to work, and along with the ability to see from other perspectives, one can also see through solid objects using a form of 'x-ray' vision. Name: Eye of Ra - Creating Order Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is only possible when the 'Rendering Eye' is active. According to the story of Egyptian mythology, the Eye of Ra was plucked from the head of Ra during a battle with Set, where Ra represented Order and Set represented Chaos. Upon the conclusion of the battle, the parts of the eye were recovered and healed, however during that time, Ra was blinded. In spirit of this technique, the ability to cast those opponents into darkness, stealing the light from them, is the ability of the Eye of Ra. Simply by looking into the eyes of his opponent, he can remove the light from their eyes, and permanantly blind them. If this is used, the 'Eyes of Horus' are deactivated all together, and the user will be unable to cast any other jutsu for the remainder of the thread. Name: Eye of Thoth - Creating Truth Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This is only possible when the 'Rendering Eye' is active. Thoth, an egyptian gods, was in charge of keeping the balance between the forces of chaos and order. He lived through and watched over the three great battles of these forces, and if either agent was wounded, Thoth would bring them into health to prevent one side of the scale from gaining too much power. Being the judge of good and evil, he was one of the key forces that created logic. With the eye of Thoth, simply by looking into the eyes of the opponent, anything the user says, the opponent will assume is truth, and be forced to obey. One can literally command another person to simply kill themself, and they will have no choice but to do so. If this is used, the 'Eyes of Horus' are deactivated all together, and the user will be unable to cast any other jutsu for the remainder of the thread.

These are just a few examples...but you cannot have jutsu that simply nullifies seals. Seal's are not like genjutsu, and there is no Fuukai. Each seal has a singular method of being removed. And as for teh genjutsu, lower the rank of the 3rd stage to B, and the rank of the 4th stage to A - Quote :

| Seals, Fuuin, are temporary bonding of rules of laws from spiritual of physical limits. For example, those circle seals that I CREATED, create temporary feilds where the laws of a bit different, limiting summons, illusions, elements etc., With the eye of Ra, one isn't effected by these spiritual-physical changes. I understand that you would point this out because you USE seals, but I know a thing or two myself...
The 'cloak of invisibility' uses chakra Translucent cloak uses the light element. The 'cloak of invisibility' is considered 'A' rank because it is the brute force method of invisibiliy, while this is much more simple, it refracts light so that one no longer reflects light and thus cannot be seen. Just because the 'effect' is the same doesn't mean the chakra costs or complexities are the same.
^^ Anyway, Seluj aint dead yet, so I can't rightfully have this approved anyway, just figured I'd argue abit. And If possibly I'd like to have a second mod/admin take a look at the ruling for Fuuinjutsu. I don't want to discredit what Near is saying, but I also don't want any bias because he uses seals. | |
