Physical Appearance: Very tall, stands up to 6'5. A very Skinny man, but also built. He has a athletic body. Black long hair, and pale white skin. Wears the Akatsuki cloak, along with black pants, and the black ninja shoes. Also has a long dark red strap from his shoulder and down to the opposite side of his hip. On the strap is his Konoha head band with the banned symbol on it. Also his eyes, are dark blue.

Personality: A blood thirsty but, yet honorable man. As much as he loves killing and fighting, he listens to his commandes and obeys his leader. He does talk, but a lot of the time he is quiet. He has an emotion-less face, and has never in his life been seen with an a emotion on his face. Although this man can be kind he can also be very mean. Also as he joined the Akatsuki he has never been seen to laugh again. This man truely acts like the Grim Reaper, due becuase he likes bringing death upon to people. His allignment is pretty much Chaotic evil, which happens to be pure evil.

Background:

When Hwoarang was just a child, he lived happily with a Dad and a Mom. The family lived in Konoha for all thier lives. When Hwoarang was born, he happen to posses a strange power. Power that had to do with black flames, and black mystical feathers. Both parents were ninja of Konoha, so they sent Hwoarang to the Academy to let him become the strongest ninja in the world. It was Hwoarang's dream since a child. Hwoarang was a smart child, and so he passed the Academy when he was just seven.

As a genin, he worked well with his team. His powers became more mysterious, but yet more powerful. They say his powers are even stronger at night. Hwoarang was very good with his Ninjutsu. He trained Fire and Earth. But, as he got older and was now at the rank of Chuunin, he was given a great katana by his father. He then began training with the katana a whole lot, wanting to become a master at it. As Hwoarang grew, geting taller and older and even became the rank of Jounin, a war started. It was a war between Konoha and Akatsuki.

The Akatsuki were killing many of people of Konoha, but as they made their way to Hwoarang, the Akatsuki leader knew that Hwoarang obtained special powers. The Akatsuki told Hwoarang that he would obtain even more power and become the strongest if he joined them, so he took thier offer. But, the Akatsuki leader wanted Hwoarang to prove his loyalty to them, so he told Hwoarang to kill his own parents, and many more of the Konoha ninja.

Hwoarang had no choice but, he did do it. He fought his father, who carried a huge and long Scyth. Killing him with his black fire, and took his Scyth. Useing it againsts the many other people in Konoha. Cutting thier heads off one by one. He walked down the streets of Konoha, leaving trails of black fire and appearing behind people with black feathers surrounding him, and finishing them off with the Scyth. His black long hair covering his eyes making him look more eviler. People began calling him the Grim Reaper of Akatsuki.

As the terror of Konoha stopped, Hwoarang joined the Akatsuki and honored his welcome. Now and forever staying with them.
