Description: A powerful jutsu, Ninpo Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals, objects and the dead to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows them to summon different size and skill levels of creature. The ability to summon more advanced animals largely depends upon the amount of chakra the ninja can muster to perform the jutsu. To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on the hand, perform the necessary handseals and then touch their hand to the ground or another object. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground.

Type of Summon: Kazuto will form a few handsigns after wiping blood onto his hand. He will then place his hand on the ground/water or on another object. He will then say "Rise, Komodo dragon(s)" to successfully summon the Komodo dragon(s).
Species: Komodo Dragon
Story: One day, after a long walk, Kazuto had come home to find his mother and father discussing something. He paid no attention to them, but made his way to his room. As he passed his parents, his father gave in to whatever his mother had been saying. Telling Kazuto to take a seat, he went to his lcoset where he kept his souveniors from his ninaj career. Opening the closet, Kazuto's father took out a scroll and placed it on the table in front of Kazuto. He explained to him that it was a summoning contract, for summoning Komodo dragons. Kazuto took the scroll and thanked his father. His father explained to him what he had to do to sign the pact with the dragons, and told him how to summon one once he had done so. A little while later, Kazuto took the scroll and signed his name in it with his blood, and the followed his father's instructions for summoning the Komodo dragons.
Elemental Affinity: Different Komodo dragons have different elemental affinities.

Make a training topic in Konoha, train the jutsu and then add in the link for that topic here. And link the summons here as well.
