Correction, Madara does not want to destroy Konoha, he wants to rule it alng with the whole world in his own style. He fought against the First for the title of Hokage, and he clearly hated the First's ideals. Well, Danzou has the same hatred. Madara is a selfish baddy, so he most likely got pissed off at the Uchiha when they banished him when he told them that Konoha couldn't be trusted. Well, Danzou and the councilors killed had Itachi kill the Uchiha, proving Madara right. Seems like Madara was right, a coincedence perhaps. Danzou doesn't want to keep Naruto safe, if Naruto stays in the village with its weakened defenses, it will be all too easy for Madara to show up and capture him. Now, if he's on the move, going on missions, he'll be harder to track. As for Pain detecting chakra, where does it say that he can detect chakra? That ability is supposed to be unique only to Karin, and remember, Danzou was hiding (most probably deep underground) with his Root people, so it'd be pretty hard for Pain to sense him. And let's not forget: Madara wants Sasuke to think that he is one of the good people, in a sense. He most likely pretended to ask Zetsu who the current Hokage was to keep his identity a secret. The one thing I want to know, is why doesn't Madara show both of his eyes?

Wrong, Sasuke hasn't seen Madara's entire face, only a fraction. Madara showed his face to Kisame. Seeing as I'm on that part, here's a question: Why didn't Kishi show Madara's face when Madara was showing his face to Kisame? If he was some random Mizukage who we've never seen before, then why not show him? Ok, so he's Madara, it's been estabilished, but if he looked like the Madara in the flashbacks, then it'd be Ok to show his mug. But they didn't, which makes me think that Madara looks like someone we've already seen before in the manga.

Itachi's best friend was a MASTER of his Sharingan,save for MS of course. He could use the uchiha teleportation better than anyone ever, or something to that effect...They only mention him..Never show his face or body even...Makes me wonder personally is all.

As far as Sasuke's father I'm throwing a big chink in that,least i think...One being Sasuke saw his parents bodies buried..2 being he more than likely wouldn't condone Sasuke's assassination. 3...Would piss TOO many people off... I hope its a new dude...And the Danzo taking an eye theory sounds about right..I mean..Kakashi did it before the clan was slaughtered, ya know. So its obvious that he knew it was possibility...OH new thought..What if Danzo's eye is from the dude Sasuke killed ..Cuz that was a day or 2 before he killed everything...So that would be cool....

Shishui (I think that was his name) was killed by Itachi. He wasn't a master of the Sharingan, it hasn't been stated as far as I can remember. There is no such thing as an "Uchiha Teleport". He was a pro at Shunshin no Jutsu, hence his nickname "Shunshin no Shishui".

As for Sasuke's daddy being Danzou, can't be. Danzou has black hair, while Sasuke's daddy has brown hair. he laso has that distracting line beneath his mouth, and once again there's the age difference.

Ok, here's a theory I came up with a few minutes ago:
Madara fought against the First, and he really dide in the battle, not presumed dead, really dead. Now, a few years later, Danzou, who was getting pissed off at the Third and everything, and somehow managed to discover about the MS after he saw Kakashi with the Sharingan. He then went to Madara's body, dug out his body and took his right eye, and had his Root dudes implant it into his eye. He then wlaked around with a bandage all over it, acting as if it were broken. Eventually, he came estabilished the Akatsuki, and revealed himself as "Uchiha Madara". So, in other words, Madara isn't Danzou, Danzou is Madara, and he's acting like he's Madara to rule the world and whatnot.

Imo, the only problem with this theory is that Kisame identified Tobi as Madara, and Tobi is capable of using Madara's SPace-Time Jutsu, which I doubt Danzou himself could do. But, we'll see eventually what's going on. Hope it's in the next chapter.

I was talking about Shisui, that was atypo..so yeah. ...Thats a damn good theory..I liek it..doubt it but it would be cool.

Sasuke didn't kill Shishiu, or any Uchiha for that matter. Itachi killed Shishui.

I know..that's why it was a typo, Kay there Tiger?.....I'm still wondering what his ties to ORo are..I mean there strong enough to kill Anko.

Who, Sasuke? Orochimaru isn't inside Sasuek anymore, Itachi "killed" the Orochimaru within Sasuke. Orochimaru still lives inside Kabuto, though, that's a butt-kicking combo for sure.
