Personality: A cute baby leopard from a box weapon that was accidentally opened by Kyoske. It has a cute little eyes and some yellow/white colors. He likes to scratch Kyo's face as saying "Hello". He likes to eat sweets and hates meat. He follows Kyo wherever he goes that irritates Kyo at first. But when Uri transforms into a giant leopard with full strength and leopard abilities. He has a crest on his forehead( it is unknown what the crest shows ).

Age: 2 months

History: When recieved the C.I.A equipments, he accidentally opened the box where Uri lies. At first,Uri looks so useless,he even scratch Kyoske's face every time he will be summoned. Kyoske treated Uri as his official pet after few weeks of they're journey. After Kyoske's big fight, the true power of Uri came out. he transformed into a large flaming leopard or namely Red Flame Uri. Uri showed that he wants to protect Kyoske from enemies.

Description: A small box with a size of an ice cube where Uri lies. Once this box will be contacted with Kyo's Storm Ring, the box will open and will be immediately summon Uri by the Storm flames..

Description: By using his red storm flames,Uri is able to transform into a large leopard that is strong enough to protect Kyo,his master. Uri will have leopard characteristics and abilities increasing his attack rate and accurancy. The transformation doesn't affect his mind and attitude.

Description: Uri collects large amount of Storm Flames inside his stomach. After the collection,Uri will blast a large amount of Red Storm Flame that can destroy any defenses in its path and may also melt any kind of hard object. The amount of flame is based on Uri's Storm Flames.

Description: Uri uses his sharp claws to cut the opponent. When Uri transforms, this attack will be more stronger enough to destroy hard objects.

What training are you talking about??

You need to train getting your summon and the Summoning tech.

I have already summoning tech in my app when i was approved. And this is not a summon,it is a pet.

Pets are not allowed jutsu.

NO, those are summons. Pets aren't allowed jutsu.

Pets are like Akamaru.. they can also have jutsu..

But they were part of the Inuzuka clan, that's different. Pet's aren't allowed Jutsu.

It's always been an rule, just one not written down, just implied.

This is why Jiro posted the rule because a lot of people were getting confused just like you have here. We have seperated the Summon and Pet sections so they are different plus we have added a sticky about it. Summons are animals that you fight with in battle and have jutsu's thye also require a summoning contract. Pets are companions which you can RP with socially etc and travel with you.
